Change your life - today is a brand new day!

Do you want to change your life for the better? Do you want to own more of your personal power, live in the present moment, and move towards your dreams?

You can start moving towards your dreams right now. Today is a brand new day and you can be or do anything you want. Start by asking yourself this question: "Who do I want to be today?" Then decide what action steps you will take to do it! It could be as simple as, "I want to be more loving" and then you show someone important how much you love them.

Think about how empowering it is to live your dreams every single day. You can walk through this life with fulfillment and inspiration as you step into your ideal self and move towards your goals and dreams. You have a wonderful, beautiful energy because when you live your dreams you raise your vibration to match your higher self. What are all the qualities you want to embody? When you see your ideal self, how does he or she feel, think and act? Can you start being that person, right now?

If you want to change your life, then what better time to start than right now, with this brand new day? If you let the past hold you back or live in the future then you are keeping yourself out of your personal power. Only you can decide when to let go of the past, trust the future, and start living in the now.

What are your dreams and goals? What can you do today to move towards them? It can be anything, big or small, (and it can be easy!!) but action is required to make your dreams come true. Are you really serious about changing your life? Do you really want to be fulfilled and powerful? Then what can you do today to live your dreams?

Whatever you want for your life is yours for the taking. Are you holding yourself from your dreams by living in the past or dreaming too much of the future? If so, think about why this is. Are you afraid of success or failure? If so, can you act in spite of your fear? Everyone has fear- it never goes away. The courageous act even in the face of fear, not because it isn't there.

Change your life today. Be your dream self. Simply affirm that you are the person you dream of being, and then be it. Show someone how much you love them. Be generous with others. Take on one small action today to move towards your dreams. If not now, when?

Change your life today. There is no greater act of personal power than to move towards your dreams. It is really quite easy to do this, and so much fun! If you don't feel confident, no problem. Just fake it 'till you make it.

17 Way's To Love Yourself and Build Your Self Esteem

I’ve compiled a list on how to love yourself for readers who are facing difficulty knowing what to do in boosting their own self esteem. When I first began to be aware that I need to love myself first, before I can develop any meaningful relationships with others, I realised that I did not know where to start.

This was a surprise to me then as I would have thought I’d be an expert on love and relationships by then. After all, as I recalled, in my younger days, I’ve spent much time looking for the best spouse or romantic partner. But I soon realised that my search was meant to fill the void or emptiness I had inside. Finding a good relationship with myself seemed to be an even harder task! However, as things turned out, I realised that I failed miserably in my early relationships because I had insufficient or little self love.

If you’ve suffered from low self esteem, then it goes to show that you are lacking in self love. You may even find it difficult to even search your heart for that little bit of love you have for yourself. I dare say that your mind has been so ingrained with self sabotaging thoughts for the longest time, that loving yourself sounds unnatural to you.

However, nothing is going to happen if you do not make a conscious decision. And that includes Attracting Abundance. When you don’t love yourself, you are basically telling the Universe that you are unworthy or undeserving of any love or positive outcomes that have the same vibrational match as love.

Learning to love yourself starts with making a conscious decision, an intention to become happy and lead a fulfilled life. When you do not love yourself and suffer from low self esteem, you can find that it impossible to ever reach the potential that you suspect you have.

“Love yourself first and everything falls into line.”Lucille Ball quotes (American radio and motion-picture actress and comedy star, 1911-1989)

When you make a decision to love yourself, you are really saying that you want to come alive. You accept that you are responsible for the outcomes that you experience in your life and would like yourself to shine from living a fulfilling life.

So if you’ve decided on loving yourself but are as equally stumped on how to love yourself, as I was back then, here are 17 ways which I believe can be helpful:

1. Fall in love with yourself. Think about what makes you You. Just like a flower that needs watering to grow, learn to nurture yourself in every way. Love yourself for all the good that you see and accept your flaws and the fact that you are imperfect. This does not meant that you do not learn to change from your shortcomings; instead, you are being gentle and kind to yourself for all your flaws. Look in the mirror and fall in love with the reflection that is You.

“To love oneself is the beginning of a life-long romance.”Oscar Wilde quotes (Irish Poet, Novelist, Dramatist and Critic, 1854-1900)

2. Eliminate Self Criticism. Do you often berate yourself over the tiniest thing? Is there a little voice inside your head that often tells you that you are no good because you are stupid or make mistakes. If you find that you criticise yourself often, make an effort to stop the self criticism.

“I CAN is 100 times more important than IQ.” — unknown

3. Be Kind And Positive. When you start to think kindly and positively about yourself, the love you have for yourself just grows. Make it a habit to praise yourself everyday, while in the front of the mirror. Because of such thoughts, you naturally undertake empowering actions that support your development.

4. Acknowledge Your Effort. It’s not always about winning or having success in everything that you do. Many times, it is the effort that counts! Acknowledge that you’ve done your best, even if you have failed to produce tangible results.

Bring Your Dreams to Life!

5. Let Go Of Worry. Loving yourself requires you to let go of your worry. It is a horrible way to live a life filled with constant worrying. I can attest to that! Worry does not help in any way. It cannot, on its own, make things happen. Only wise actions can! So instead of worrying, spend time thinking about what you can do to help in the situation. If the situation is beyond your control, then ask the Universe for your desired outcome and let things work out on their own.

Things will come to be, if they are meant to be.

“There is only one way to happiness and that is to cease worrying about things which are beyond the power of our will.” — Epictetus quotes (Greek philosopher associated with the Stoics, AD 55-c.135)

6. Trust Yourself. Have confidence in your abilities. Know that you have the ability to make important changes for yourself, for as long as you put your heart to it. You can also support yourself by visualizing desired outcomes.

“Trust yourself. You know more than you think you do.”Benjamin Spock quotes (American Pediatrician and Author, 1903-1998)

7. Forgive Yourself. If you have made mistakes in the past that had caused you to feel less worthy, then you need to forgive yourself. All of us make mistakes; so there really is no need to beat yourself up over them. Or if you’ve been carrying around a baggage of emotional hurt because of a childhood trauma, learn to forgive yourself that it is not your fault.

“To forgive is to set a prisoner free and discover that the prisoner was you.”Lewis B. Smedes quotes

8. Be Truthful To Yourself. Loving yourself requires you to be truthful about your own feelings. If you are happy, acknowledge the joy. If you are sad, acknowledge the sorrow. When you are truthful about your feelings, you do not try to lie to yourself or seek to bury your negative emotions. Instead, acknowledging what you feel provides a good guide to what your thoughts are. And as we all know, thoughts can be changed, so that healing and self growth can take place.

9. Grow Spiritually. When you spend time growing spiritually, loving yourself is an automatic thing. You become more peaceful, connected, kind, loving and compassionate. You nurture a mind that grows more beautiful by the day. How to not love yourself in the process?

10. Make Positive Affirmations Everyday. Post affirmations that can help raise your self esteem everyday. For instance, say this to yourself “I love and accept myself completely and unconditionally.” Read your affirmations out loud several times a day.

11. Express Gratitude. Express gratitude for the person that you are. For instance, cultivate an appreciation for your strengths and gifts. Also, feel a sense of gratitude that you are alive and well, and fully capable of making a difference in your life.

Bring Your Dreams to Life!

12. Nurture Your Dreams. Why deny yourself your dreams? When you nurture your dreams, you would love the life that you are leading. Every moment that you live is a joy because you are expressing yourself fully.

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover. —Mark Twain

13. Boost Your Self Confidence. Make a deliberate attempt to look for opportunities that can help improve your sense of Self. For instance, if you are particularly good at doing something, set aside more time to indulge and improve your skills on it. Knowing that you have particular gifts can boost your self esteem.

14. Relax. You need to give yourself space to take breaks every now and then. If you spend your time working, without paying attention to your health, it also means that you do not love yourself well enough to take care of your own body. Fill your time with silence, soothing music and visions of beauty; anything that nourishes your Soul.

15. Have Fun. Inject some fun into your life. Life is meant to be an enjoyable. Don’t take life or yourself too seriously. If you can think of life in this manner, you automatically relax and quit worrying over things that do not matter.

16. Look After Your Body. It is important that you strengthen yourself with proper nutrition and regular exercise. Your body is a temple and you should treat it with respect, love and care. It has been found that the lack of self love is often the root causes of conditions like eating disorders, obesity or even terminal diseases.

“Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live.”Jim Rohn quotes (American Speaker and Author. He is famous for motivational audio programs for Business and Life. )

17. Learn To See Beauty. When you learn to see beauty in every thing, you will also see beauty in yourself. Hence, stop to smell the flowers. Notice everything. Feel everything. The pink blush of the flowers in your garden, the greeness of the plains, the whisper of the gentle wind, or the myraid hues of an evening sky.

Here is a good affirmation to read and reflect on…..

“I am Me. In all the world, there is no one else exactly like me. Everything that comes out of me is authentically mine, because I alone chose it — I own everything about me: my body, my feelings, my mouth, my voice, all my actions, whether they be to others or myself. I own my fantasies, my dreams, my hopes, my fears. I own my triumphs and successes, all my failures and mistakes.

Because I own all of me, I can become intimately acquainted with me. By so doing, I can love me and be friendly with all my parts. I know there are aspects about myself that puzzle me, and other aspects that I do not know — but as long as I am friendly and loving to myself, I can courageously and hopefully look for solutions to the puzzles and ways to find out more about me.

However I look and sound, whatever I say and do, and whatever I think and feel at a given moment in time is authentically me. If later some parts of how I looked, sounded, thought, and felt turn out to be unfitting, I can discard that which is unfitting, keep the rest, and invent something new for that which I discarded. I can see, hear, feel, think, say, and do. I have the tools to survive, to be close to others, to be productive, and to make sense and order out of the world of people and things outside of me.

I own me, and therefore, I can engineer me. I am me, and I am Okay.”

My 10 Powerful ways to Manifest Everything You Desire in Life

Every day in every way we are manifesting the reality of the life that we see around us. Whether we know it or not, whether we like it or not, everything in our life is created by what we think, say, and do.

I believe that people can learn to manifest the life of their dreams with ease, I have come to realize that there are 10 keys that consistently make a difference in successfully and joyfully creating in an effortless flow.

An important foundation to becoming a conscious creator is to recognize that it all begins within you. Your thoughts create your emotions, your emotions lead to the actions you take, and the actions you take effect the results that you see in your life.

Another essential idea is to realize that you do NOT have to do this alone! Our lives are designed to work in harmony, like a symphony, with the powerful creative forces of the Universe that are literally standing by to delight and excite us! As you become clear on what you choose, set your intentions, focus your attention, visualize what you choose as if it has already occurred, expect your desires to be full and fulfilled, express gratitude, and move forward to take the appropriate actions in your life, you are forever free from the habits of worry, doubt, and fear.

When you tap into the power of the Universe to support and assist you in creating the life of your dreams, you almost immediately begin to experience the magic and the miracles of life and living!

Make a commitment each day to your great wealth and success, and living a life that is full of rich, wonderful, loving, fun, healthy, abundant experiences!

Here are 10 keys that will support you in consciously creating the life you love to live:

1. Choose a Higher Power that absolutely and completely LOVES and ADORES you, that always has your best interests at heart, and that wants you to enjoy all the riches of this life.

2. Choose powerfully and positively to create a road map for your success. Create a vivid vision of what you choose to move towards, rather than what you want to move away from. Be definite, clear, and specific.

3. Maintain a prosperity consciousness each and every day. Do not allow thoughts of lack, limitation, or competition to enter into your mind. Allow only the truth that there is limitless abundance in the Universe for everyone, including you!

4. Create and reinforce powerful, positive, supportive beliefs every day in what you think, say, and do.

5. Stay focused on your vision of what you know to be the truth. What you focus on expands. Where you place your attention is where you set your intention.

6. When you choose a financial truth, always state “at least” or “or more”. For example, “I am now earning $10,000 or more each month in passive income.” When you choose a material truth, always say “or better”. For example, “I am now driving my cherry red Mercedes-Benz 500SL with cream-colored interior or better”. Stay open to the limitless abundance of the Universe!

7. Be open to receiving in every area of your life. Expect the gifts, the miracles, and the magic. Expand and open more to joy, love and abundance.

8. Indulge yourself in gratitude for every thing in your life.

Every experience, every relationship, every penny in the street is a gift. Acknowledge the gifts and the blessings that are showered on you each and every day.

9. Be generous with yourself and others! What you give is always returned to you multiplied, and this is a confirmation to the Universe that you are ready, willing and able to receive.

10. Be present for the present. When you’re in the past, you’re in guilt and regret. When you’re in the future, you’re in fear. When you’re present in the present, you have the choice to create limitless wealth and abundance.

How to Shift Your Reality in Six Easy Steps

Regardless what we may encounter and experience in life, we have the ability to make the best out of any given situation for ourselves and everyone around us. We have the ability to transform our lives through maintaining inner harmonious integrity of our mind, heart, and gut feelings... and while it's not necessary to be a meditation master to achieve excellent results, it is helpful to start meditating in order to fully know oneself.

Step 1

Clearly Envision Your True Dreams. The first step to success in shifting to a reality you most fully enjoy is to clearly envision what you'd genuinely most wish your life to be like. This is your opportunity to discern the difference between something that "seems like a good idea at the time" and something you'll actually love for a long, long time without later regrets. The difference between living a dream-come-true and a fantasy-come-true tends to be that dreams-come-true are good for lots of people, whereas fantasies-come-true are often enjoyable for a short term before they leave one feeling empty and unfulfilled in deep and lasting ways. If you need help figuring out whether you've really got a dream-come-true in mind, ask yourself how many people will be thrilled for this dream coming true. The more people are genuinely ecstatic, the more likely you've got a genuine dream, and not a flash-in-the-pan fantasy. Start a dream journal by writing down the dreams you envision which most completely thrill and delight you... including pictures, words, and feelings to remind you of your new reality.

Step 2

Get Out of Your Own Way. Much of the reason we tend to get stuck at a certain point in our lives is that we have no concept of how self-limiting many of our assumptions and beliefs actually are. There is a very good reason that we have an expression called, "Beginner's Luck," and that is that most of us can accomplish a great deal if we don't know that such things are impossible. This idea of clearing all negative beliefs, assumptions and self-talk from our consciousness is so powerful that you will see amazing results every time you let go of ideas you have had about how things are "supposed to be" in order to be open to what actually is... seeing possibilities, supporters, and resources with completely fresh eyes and the blessing of a Beginner's Mind. Ask yourself "How good can this get?" and truly open your mind and heart to imagine... anything.

Step 3

Listen to Your Intuition Through Your Body. There is a great deal of wisdom available to you that you may not be fully conscious of unless you learn to listen to it... and it comes to you through feelings you may pick up if you get "cold feet," for example. The best way to shift to a preferable reality is to select a destination that every part of you agrees with, so you are fully and completely harmoniously aligned with the vision of your dream-come-true. If you notice some part of you feeling tense or agitated, take some time to tune those feelings in and ask yourself what you are afraid of. Once you've listened to your genuine concerns and feelings, you can then make an overall assessment regarding whether what you thought you desired is exactly right, or whether it might need a little fine-tuning. This is an excellent time to revise your vision of your dream-come-true, so you can energize it with the full power of every cell in your body and fiber in your being feeling inspired by where your reality next will be.

Step 4

Expect Your Dream-Come-True. By expecting what you most desire, and considering it a "done deal," you can fully relax into a natural state of appreciation for ways you can better be in alignment with the new reality. This means that everything you say, think, and do is now attuned to the fact that you fully expect to be living your dream-come-true... the one that actually is also best for everyone and everything around you. Just like expecting to find a parking spot where you need one, and being delighted to find it just fine -- you do amazing energetic work by expecting that you are now aligned with a completely new-to-you reality.

Step 5

Appreciate Every Moment. Now that you've locked in a clear vision of what you are intending to manifest in your life, and you are expecting that you're on course with this natural transition, the best attitude to maintain momentum here is one of maximum appreciation. Make a point of feeling grateful every day as much as possible... whether you are alone, or with others. Write gratitude lists and put them in your dream journal. At a mastery level of appreciation, learn to find joy and beauty in everything... so that no matter what is happening, you can imagine that this, too, is unfolding exactly as required, even though it may not fully make any sense at this time.

Step 6

Do Something Nice for Someone. Take actions in ways that serve others as they wish to be served; notice what someone needs that you can provide, and offer assistance in kind words, smiles, and actions. Your compassionate interactions with others will tremendously boost your energy level to the point that lots of your internal belief and assumption wiring will be overhauled... and you will find yourself feeling much happier, too. Remember that your most desired dreams-come-true are ones where others are happiest, too, and guide yourself and others forward by looking around every day with true longing to know "How good can it get?"

How Thought Vibration Works

Thought vibration cannot be heard, seen or smelled. However, it is as real as anything that you see around you.

This vibration is so intense that it takes shape instantly in a non-physical reality.

However, as it cannot be sensed in this physical world, you may not give much significance to it.

Thought vibration is higher than your senses can detect.

Your senses are capable to catch just a friction of the vibrations surrounding you. You miss out on most of the reality as a result.

Thought vibration is similar to radio waves. However, radio waves are within the range of your perception, therefore you are able to hear them.

You may find it hard to believe that thoughts are powerful enough to manifest themselves into your reality. Why? Because it is hard for you to perceive something that you cannot touch, hear or smell. However, thoughts create your life no matter if you believe it or not.

Thought vibration works the same way as a magnet. Magnet has the capability to attract very heavy objects to itself, yet you cannot see the force causing the attraction. However, you do not neglect the fact that magnet attracts objects.

The only difference in magnet force is that it can instantly attract objects to itself. Thought, however, takes time to manifest. Why? Because firstly you manifest goals in a non-physical reality. Then this manifestation needs your persistence to finally present itself in your reality.

You might ask at this point why your manifestation needs persistence to come. Why can't it manifest instantly? My honest answer would be that I don't know. It could be so to protect you. As if you think about something horrible, you would not want this manifestation to come instantly to your life, would you?

Most people's minds are so untrained, it is pure chaos there. It would be too much for a person to handle if he would manifest everything he is thinking of.

It might also be this way so as to reward only those who are persistent enough. It would not be fair for everyone to have what they wish because even lazy people would get all they want.

So you may notice a balance here. Those that take time to learn thought vibration will eventually apply everything they know and manifest whatever they desire. Yet lazy people will get results that resonate with their behaviour. Life is fair, isn't it?

Thought Vibration Application

As soon as you think of something, you create it in a non-physical reality. It waits for you to get it. You keep thinking of it, and it comes closer and closer to you. Everything is good so far. But here's where most people fail. They forget to take action.

You have to take some action to get what you want. If you don't move, you will not get any results.

You can act in two ways. First (my favourite one) works this way:

You think of a thought, hold it long enough and then wait. After some time (couple of days or even hours) you will get some idea. This idea comes from the unconscious, starting to guide you towards the achievement of your goal.

If the idea seems right for you, you should act on it straight away – don't forget to thank for it though.

You will know if the idea has reached you through the unconscious rather than from your own logical mind. The idea will be 'out of the blue' and uncommon to your thinking.

I will give you a personal example here. I started to invite thought into reality through positive affirmations. I kept repeating: “Every day I will receive plenty of money working from home., I acted on the idea.” Did it work? You bet!!!

Great ideas started to pour out of nowhere. I would turn on my laptop, browse through some websites, and just spot the opportunities to make money. I would also get offers straight to my email inbox.

I got so many money making ideas that I did not know where to start! I had to stop these affirmations and really make some decisions. I took one great idea that really made sence to me. It was Every Month A Million, and started to work on it.

My mind was calm as I knew that this idea came from the unconscious through the direct request of mine. I knew that it would make me money, as I asked for the money making ideas.

Another way you could act is by taking any action while thinking about your goal. Just keep the goal at the back of your mind at all times, and take any action that you think will lead to the achievement of the goal.

This way you will start the process of manifestation. You may notice that you may be corrected later on if you take the wrong action. Something may happen which will cause you to take a different action. That is okay, just go with the flow. No resistance is needed.

Thought vibration also has some obstacles to go through. These obstacles are thoughts of others.

You are not the only thinking person in this world. The ether is filled with billions of thoughts.

Some of them resonate with yours, some don't.

If your goal is very big (e.g., if you are poor and you want to become a multi-millionaire), your thought will have to travel a long way.

That's why it is important to hold your thought long enough. You have to keep refuelling this vibration, until it is strong and can travel on its own.

Not even mentioning thoughts of others, what about your own thoughts? You may have hundreds of different thoughts in your head that conflict with each other. So if you want to become very wealthy, but some of your thoughts are about impossibility of becoming wealthy, how can you manifest riches?

The way to get rid of your limiting beliefs is by using positive affirmations (to change mindset) and meditation (to get rid of negative thoughts). These two steps I highly recommend. Them alone can make you very successful.

Once you get rid of your limiting beliefs you will notice that goals manifest much quicker. It is because the vibration you send does not have as many obstacles to go through. You will spend less time visualising and refuelling your dreams. They will manifest much easier.

Thoughts also have the capability to multiply themselves. This is because of the law of increase. If you keep thinking about riches, you will be able to attract other people's thoughts about riches. It will strengthen your vibration and you will eventually become rich.

The only thing is, there are many more people who have limiting and depressed thoughts...

That's why it is much easier to become poor and a coward than to become wealthy and courageous.

If you introduce some limiting thought vibration in your head, it will waste no time inviting its friends: sad, depressing, angry and worrying thoughts.

This especially applies if you live with fearful people or have angry neighbours. As soon as you become angry, their thoughts will find you and deepen your anger.

If you want to become a successful person, you will have to be persistent in positive thinking.

Others positive thoughts will reach you, but you may feel it only slightly.

Distance plays a role here. If a very successful person is far away from you, his/her thought will reach you. However, it will not be felt as strongly as some limiting thought you might get from your neighbour.

I know that it is easy to fall into the depressing thought vibration. But you have to think only positively if you want to get out of your current reality. Only you can help yourself, no one else can.

If you find it hard to hold positive thought vibration, just think about the rewards you will get. Is living your dream worth spending time thinking positively? I'm sure it is.

Don't ever give up in whatever you do. Do not fall back where the masses are. It's too crowded there anyway.

It is so much better to live a life of your dreams. And it is achievable. You will have to pay the price, of course, but the rewards will be worth every second of your persistence.

Take Action To Achieve Your Dreams

You have a dream. Maybe you want to climb Mt Everest, move to another country to earn money for your future, start your own business or even go back into the working world after spending a few years taking care of the kids.

Why aren’t you doing it? What’s holding you back?

Listen, a dream is a vision in our mind. Creative dreaming without action is a far-fetched realization to goal attainment.

Typical examples are the great wonders of the world, those landmarks that typify or define the greatness of nations. Landmarks like the Statue of Liberty of the United States of America, the Big Ben of England, the Taj Mahal of India, the Great Wall of China, and numerous more. Imagine if these great ideas, these dreams were not acted upon, will we ever have them to be enjoyed by people from every nation on earth? What kind of achievement will each nation have if great thinkers just sit on their ideas and never acted on it. Absolutely nothing. We would probably be facing each other blankly wondering why and what went wrong?

Probably you’d say: “Oh? well? we still have the natural wonders like Niagara Falls, Mt. Fuji, beautiful coral reefs everywhere on earth.” Yes? but these are God’s creations. God did not create man in His own image if He thinks we won’t be using our creativity and put it into action. He might as well take it away from us. He expects us to act on it.

So what’s keeping us from acting on our ideas? We can name a few. Fear of failure is our biggest deterrent. Fear of being ridiculed, fear of sinking further to a depressed state than we presently are, fear of totally losing all we’ve got if we don’t achieve our personal goals, fear of taking risks.

We all have to take risk at one time or another. Risk may come to us in a variety of reasons, big or small. There are risks we can do without, but there are risks that leave us no option but to take and act on it.

As you can see, risks come in many forms. For comparison purposes, let us consider two: risk similar to winning or losing when we gamble and risk in pursuit of a goal.

The risk involved in gambling is for non-thinkers. This is tantamount to luck risk, not good judgment risk. Risk of this kind has no room in goal realization. It is like ignoring safety on the road, just for kicks, come what may, short-lived, to satisfy a craving.

However, risks taken to achieve goal has a definite lasting purpose, a purpose that will bring untold benefits once you achieve your goals. It is a risk worth taking for thinkers, not for happy-go-lucky non-thinkers. Risk in pursuit of a goal will bring stability and security in life, ultimately leading to happiness.
Whenever fear grips us, think positively. Look at it this way. Will we ever get anywhere if we don’t take the risk to act on our dreams? Will we be satisfied with our inaction, five, ten, or twenty years from now?

If you notice, there is one common denominator that is holding us back from acting on our dreams, that thing called fear. Fear is the biggest stumbling block to acting on a creative dream that it practically holds everything still. So it is imperative that we eliminate fear in our feelings to clear the way to our goal.

To overcome this fear, we have to face fear on the face, eye to eye, mano y mano. Let us take a typical example, say you have a fear of speaking in public. I guess a majority of us do. Worst scenario that could happen is you will get tongue-tied and spoil your entire speech in spite of having committed the entire speech into memory. You become the laughing stock of the audience. Don’t let it prevent you from speaking in public the next time around because if you do, fear has won over you and you will be cowering in this kind of fear for the rest of your life. To win over fear, draw lessons from your failure and capitalize on it the next time around. Don’t stop till you have successfully made a good speech. Once you do, you have actually turned the table around. This time, it is fear that fears you.

Another example with a somewhat different twist, say you are a lifeguard and you failed to save a drowning person who apparently should have been saved. Now this is a big failure because a life was at stake here. In spite of this, don’t give up being a lifeguard just because of one mistake. Think about the other lives you have saved before and will be saving if you continue to do so. Say you were able to save a person in an otherwise hopeless situation, doesn’t this offset or overcome the previous failure that happened?

The idea here is to give your best. Once you give your best, it just doesn’t get any better because it is already the best.

When you act on your dreams, think of your actions in a positive way. What you think is what will happen. What the mind can conceive, the body can achieve. Believe that the likely outcome of a thing that we do depends mostly on how we set our mind on it. Our actions originate from our thoughts and the ultimate result is dictated by our mind as well. If we think it will fail, it will. If we think it will succeed, it will. Mental thinking or attitude is the master of the actions we undertake.

Where your mental attitude is directed for a longer period of time, the more difficult it is to change to the opposite direction. If your mind is set on negative thoughts, the more difficult it will be to change to positive thoughts if you do not act on it immediately. However, if your mind is already set on positive thoughts for a long time, it will remain firm on this attitude as time goes by.

Defeat is imminent if your thoughts are in this direction. You may say: “I told you so” that an action has failed because you think it will, just to satisfy yourself when in fact, you are just looking for an excuse or easy way out. The end result is still a failure and what does that make you, a failure. You are just fooling yourself.

On the other hand, success is imminent when your thoughts say it will. Even if it fails the first time, you will learn from your failure and when you try again, you will ultimately succeed as you gain more experience. Keep on trying and persevering. There should be no let up and when success is at hand, you would have defeated defeat.

Here’s another nugget of thought. If you go all out and risk everything, there is nothing left to risk. When that happens, the only possible outcome is success.

Don’t give up your dreams without even fighting for them just because the risks are too great.

The greater the risk, the bigger the reward and success is sweeter. Either way, whether you achieve your dream or not, you will come out of it a better person.

Life Stinks? How To Detach From Your Garbage Truck.

Life stinks.

If that statement bubbled up in your thoughts recently then you may be attached to life decaying garbage truck thinking. Simply put, if you stuff your mind with garbage you will create stinky outcomes. If you focus upon all that is bad in your life you will only add to the garbage dump that is becoming your daily experience.

Garbage in, garbage out.

Let's say you're rushing to get to work on the 405 freeway when another driver cuts in front of you and slams on the brakes. You toot your horn forcefully to give him a warning as you avoid a whopper of a fender bender. He responds with a slew of obscenities and the ubiquitous finger punctuator. It happens - a lot - if you live in a busy metropolis such as Los Angeles.

In that moment you have a choice. You can raise your fickle finger of fate in response or smile and count your blessings that you're not that guy. Yikes, what a miserable way to live. By smiling you kept negative feelings and energy right where it came from - from that guy. If you responded with your own favorite flip off gesture you would have taken on his garbage as yours. Pissed off, your focus is negatively directed. You will cloud your vision with so much dust and dirt and wonder why you cannot see.

"You can complain because roses have thorns, or you can rejoice because thorns have roses." - Ziggy, Tom Wilson comic strip panel

Where focus goes, energy flows.

Some people are like garbage trucks. They run around packed to the hilt with garbage. Their life energy is full of anger, frustration and disappointment. Their conversations are filled with complaints. They find excuses and reasons why they can't be, do or have what they want blaming others for their misfortune. The acronym for Finding Excuses And Reasons is FEAR and when you're in fear you Fight Everything And Reek of stinky experiences.

With a mind full of garbage these car wrecks waiting to happen will constantly seek places to dump their load. And they will dump it on you. They can dump all they want. It is up to you whether or not you take on their garbage for yourself. If you take on the garbage that can be found in the misguided lives of many people and events in your life then you, too, become a stinky garbage truck creating rotten experiences spreading your trash and stinking up your life. What's worse is as queen of your own compost heap you'll get used to the smell.
Be mindful of your thoughts. Pay attention to the words that come out of your mouth. Are you a trash talker? I'm not talking about using a four letter word or two to add a little color to your expression - as long as it's positive. Are you focused upon what's not right in your life and in your world? What you lack instead of what you have? Are you finding a lot to complain about? If so, you're attached to a stinky garbage truck life perspective picking up and dumping more trash every where you go.

"Thoughts are things; they have tremendous power. Thoughts of doubt and fear are pathways to failure. When you conquer negative attitudes of doubt and fear you conquer failure. Thoughts crystallize into habit and habit solidifies into circumstances." - Bryan Adams, Canadian rock singer-songwriter and photographer

To let go of the garbage bags you've been carrying around to stink up the place, find the value in every experience, good and bad. This gem is often disguised as a life-affirming lesson to be learned. Take the note and apply the lesson to clean up your act or create more of the good stuff. Speak and act in the direction of your dreams and your days will reflect the sweetest smelling rose in the garden of life.

Wanting to Become Rich is not Enough

Our nature makes us want respect, fame, and success. Perhaps evolution caused that, because back in our primitive days if every member of the pack competed for the alpha spot then the strongest would usually become the leader, which was in the interest of the pack as a whole. As a result, we all want success. In modern capitalism, being successful often means being rich. Most people want to be rich.

Of course, most people do not just want to be rich and successful. Most people also believe that they will be rich and successful one day. This starts from childhood, in that even as kids we all think we will be the next big pop singer, sports star, or other celebrity.

Unfortunately, most people never become very rich or successful. The reason is not necessarily that they could not become rich or successful. The reason is that they never actually put in the work and effort required to become rich or successful.

As ridiculous as it sounds, these people seem to think that simply wanting to be successful and believing that they will be successful is enough. Obviously, it is not enough. Wanting success will not make a person successful. Believing that one day you will become rich will not make it happen. Thinking that you deserve to be rich or successful will not make you rich or successful.

Sadly, many people live a whole life actually believing that one day they will magically become rich and successful. Even worse, they sometimes even live their lives aimlessly and do not make the most with what they do have, because they see their regular lives as nothing but a setup for some fantastical future of fame and wealth.

Ironically, if most people actually tried, they could become very successful. Success does not have to mean money, but to those to whom it does mean money, they could become rich.

To become rich, a person actually has to try, though. A person cannot do it by partying all the time. A person cannot do it by wasting time in front of the TV or by wasting money at the movie theater. A person cannot become rich by going in debt to buy a fancy car or overpriced clothes. A person cannot become rich by taking unhelpful risks such as driving without insurance or having unprotected sex. Think about it, how much money could a person make while getting drunk at a nightclub and accidentally having children with random strangers after some fun one-night-stands?

In contrast, a person can become rich or successful if they actually choose to put in the work and effort. A person becomes rich by splitting their waking hours between studying hard and working hard. A person becomes rich by saving and investing their money, and limiting their personal expenses to just their basic needs. A person becomes rich by choosing to use their time and money to work towards long-term goals rather than shortsightedly spending them on immediate pleasures.

Most people have the choice to become successful. Of course, success does not always mean money. Instead of putting 80 hours a week in at the office and becoming financially rich, a person might choose to raise a family and spend time with their spouse and kids. To that person, success might mean being part of a happy family. Whatever success means to you, you can probably achieve it if you truly put your mind to it and really try for it.

To becoming financially successful Every Month A Million is the choice I have made. There you get the best of everything not only do you become Financially Rich but you also get Inspired, Motivated, and Educated in every aspect of your life. It also is so fun and rewarding helping others to reach there goals and dreams.

Whatever you do, good luck and have fun!

Dreams and Goals – Is There A Difference?

This is another powerful lession I learned from Lori Duff one of my mentors here at Every Month A Million with our Daily Dose Of Good, and I am sure you will find it helpful also.

Many people have goals and dreams. Very often you will hear people use these terms interchangeably as if they were the same thing. I’m sure you’ve been asked, “So what are your goals in life?” or “What is your dream?” They are not the same. Clear understanding of what your dreams verses goals are is key to manifesting the fulfillment in your life.

We all have dreams…we are born dreamers. You have heard the old saying that young men have visions, but old men dream dreams. This great proverb defines “old men” having dreams because old men speak of the wisdom, skill, and mastery of one’s innate ability to manifest their dreams into reality.

Dream On, Dream On, Dream Until The Dream Comes True

Dreams are divine inspirations birthed in the secret place of imagination that give cause to recover that which has always been! You were born to bring into existence from your secret place of imagination, the dreams conceived, nourished, and believed. Dreams are the co-creation of your own ingenuity. Dreams, when defined and clarified provide you the foresight to deliberately create your desired manifestation. This is the Divine expression of Life.

You are a Dream-Maker to manifest and live the life you deserve. Now a dream conceived but never believed is just a fleeting fantasy. The Unlimited Life of who we are reveals dreams to us all the time. We only need to embrace and appreciate the magnificence of personal Being in defining one’s dreams. What happens when inspiring dreams are revealed to you even in a split second? We automatically determined impossibilities because we limit ourselves and therefore indulged in fleeting fantasy.

Your dreams represent your inner desired outcome, manifesting into your reality. James Allen said it perfectly, “Dream lofty dreams, and as you dream, so you shall become. Your vision is the promise of what you shall one day be; your ideal is the prophecy of what you shall at last unveil.” No matter how lofty your dreams or desired end product is, all things are possible!

Put full-undivided attention upon your dreams because you become what you behold, and sooner or later begin to display unto the world your self-fulfilling prophecy. Develop within you a convincing Proceeding Power of Prediction in your live. You hold within an Ability to create and predict your future by realizing and nourishing your dreams today! So, Dream big!

The millions dollar question is this: How do we transform dreams into reality?

Dreams speak of your desired destination, which by the way, really have no finalization because you shall always remain in a state of Constant Unlimited Expansion. The steps, directions, and chosen strategies that develop the manifestation of your dreams are called GOALS.

A great thing happens when you focus your center of attention on your dream destination, you begin to locate and find solutions for the journey along the way. GOALS are the means along the way to fully manifesting your dreams.

Dreams = Desired end product while Goals = Means to achieve dreams.

The fulfillment of the goals along the way to your dream destination provides you great encouragement, momentum, and feedback of your internal focus. Dreams represent what you want and “why,” while goals represent your plan to get you there.

Here is an example. This individual was 40 years of age, overweight by 45 lbs, and had a dream to live a long, healthy life. The dream here was not the reduction of body weight, but achieving his ideal weight, while feeling energetic and perfectly healthy at the age of 45, 50, 60, 75, and beyond. It is dream destination that really has no finalization…it is ever expanding.

Now, this individual experienced repeated perceived failure and un-fulfillment, as a result of focusing on short-term goals rather than his dream destination. If you focus so much on the steps (goals), you run the risk of losing sight of your destination, and the reason why you are pursuing these goals in the first place.
Specific short-term goals are not motivating by themselves; their power comes from their connection to an inspiring dream. In the long run, when I shifted my client’s internal focus and techniques, he not only manifested his dream, but also continues to expand his dream.

As we have discussed, GOALS are the steps along the way in fulfilling your dream destination. The key is to FOCUS and center your attention on your dreams, creating solutions (target GOALS) for unending expansion. So, make sure your focus on the END rather than the means.

Here are some suggestions for identifying the difference between your Dreams and Goals:

1. Define your internal Dream: Develop a crystal-clear picture or your dream destination. Write it down in your dream journal.

2. Set specific times of centering and focusing upon your Dream Destination in your thoughts and imagination. Carry in your Mind the picture of not only reaching your Dream Destination, but also expanding your Dreams.Again, do not be concerned with the methodology! To be preoccupied with the “how to” and not the “why,” nurtures doubt, lowers aspirations, and sabotages your vision of manifesting your Dream Destination.

3. Set specific times of focus, read your dream aloud to yourself. Make sure it is stated in the affirmative as if you have already manifested your dream.

4. See yourself maximizing your ability to manifest your dreams. Keep this visual image in your mind for 15-20 minutes, three times a day! Hold it there! Imagine yourself accomplishing ultimate success – how it feels, sounds, tastes, looks, and smells.

As you do this, write the short-term GOALS that are revealed to you. Steps of action are being identified! Writing down your goals gives them power, and makes them real. They transform that which we have been dreaming of into a workable solution.

Practice this over and over until it becomes Life unto you. Remember, focuses on your Dreams, dream lofty dreams for nothing is impossible to him who knows his dream to be true.

I hope this has been enlightening and inspiring to you.

Live Your Dreams

I start today with a quote....

"Vision without action is merely a dream. Action without vision just passes the time. Vision with action can change the world."-Joel Barker

Stop Dreaming. Can you imagine anyone being serious about that? Dreaming is a natural part of who we are. We explore our dreams and develop personal dreams. We even like to dream BIG! Our dreams become part of who we are. We then adopt our dreams into how we see ourselves and want our lives to be. That type of dreaming we often refer to as visualization.

We know we're not going to stop dreaming, but we can change how we visualize. For the most part our dreams and visualizations focus on the end result. We see ourselves in love, married, driving a great car, on vacation, with tons of money, in a great career, famous, etc. Sounds good to me, how about you? Why not dream about all this and more? Dreaming about the end result is just fantasizing and wishing. Wishing relies on some magical force to make our dreams turn into reality, and we become unhappy as we're not living our dreams.

I have never felt the power of wishes coming true. I have never actual met a Genie or have a taken a ride on a magic carpet. It doesn't mean that dreams can't come true, it just means that there is no magical force waiting to deliver your dreams to you. So how do you make your dreams come true? That is a question we all often struggle with. Even though we struggle with the answer, the answer is not that obscure. We make our dreams come true with the action we take.

Dreaming about being in shape will not get you in shape.
Dreaming about being rich will not get you rich.
Dreaming about being famous will not get you famous.
Dreaming about the end result will not make it happen.

If you want to get in shape you have to work out.
If you want to make money, you have to be in action to earn money.
If you want to be famous, you have to put yourself in a position to become famous.
If you want the end results, you have to do the actions required to get there.

See the movie of your life in your visions. Imagine going to a movie and arriving at the very end, how interesting would that be? In order to understand why and how it ended you need to see the sequence of events that lead up to the end. In order to make your dreams come true you need to see the sequence of events that you must take to make the end result make sense.

Change the way you dream and visualize yourself into a movie which incorporates the actions you need to take to achieve the end result. If you dream about being in shape, then change your dream to see yourself working out and eating right day by day. See the beginning of the dream and let the dream build day by day with all the action that gets you to the end dream of you being in shape.

If you want riches, then change the dream. Dream of yourself with Every Month A Million with three of your closest friends all working together and becoming rich, working hard and taking the steps to arrive at the destination.

If you want love, love the process. Love the dating process and the rejections. Love yourself and the journey to find love. Make a movie, a love movie in your head and develop the scenes.

Make all your dreams include the beginning middle and end. Make movies out of your dreams and see the journey. Then when you are doing the action instead of thinking to yourself, "This is a drag, I don't like working out." Or if you are having any negative thoughts about doing the work it takes to create your visions, realize then that every step of the way you are living your dream. You are living your dream because you made the action and journey part of your dream.

You can start living your dreams today by changing the way you dream. Then everyday is a dream and you can be happy doing the action, by living your dreams.

Have Faith in Yourself

How many times have you heard successful people say that one of the most important lessons they learned on their journey to success was having faith in themselves?

Now for many this is not only a tall order it's what blocks them from ever succeeding.

What does it mean to have faith in one's self?

Well basically it means the ability to recognize the value of what it is that you came here to contribute to this planet.

Now many might say that they don't even know what it is that they came here to contribute. If that is you, you are allowing yourself to fall into a state of self doubt that is undermining your connection to your inner wisdom and therefore the awareness of that purpose. You see everyone has a purpose in being here and you simply need to reconnect to it. More on that in another article.

Suppose that you do know what you came here to contribute but are struggling with the value of that contribution here is what you can do.

See yourself making that contribution in some way and then notice what you feel inside yourself and where you feel it.

If you feel any of the following there:

A feeling of lightness, joy, contentment, sense of peace, relief, expansive, open, clear, buoyant, present, energized, radiant, uplifted, inspiration etc.

Then ask yourself whether you like that feeling.

If you do then simply admit that to yourself.

Then notice how you feel.

You should feel even more anchored in the positive experience you were having before.

Let me explain what has just happened.

In this exercise you have reconnected to your inner wisdom and allowed it to verify for you the importance and value of your contribution here.

The value was communicated to you in the feelings you had when you went through the exercise itself. It is in that feeling that lays the desire and inspiration to propel you forward in achieving your goals and your dreams.

Now that you feel it remembers it and revisit it often. It will sustain you. In fact it is the source of all your passion for contribution and for life itself.

Allowing yourself to do this is what I mean by having faith in yourself.

Have Faith and Believe in Yourself

Lack of belief in oneself is a killer. It doesn’t help you at all. And you need no one else but yourself to turn things around. Here are a few encouraging words to help you put a little faith into yourself.

Think of your dream and imagine yourself reaching that. Always thinking that you’re capable of succeeding can help the thought sink into your subconscious. Remember, failure begins with disbelief.

Stop thinking of what you can’t do but begin to be think of the things that you can do. Be a “yes” type of person. At least to yourself.

When grabbing opportunities, place your heart into it. Again, believe that you’ll make things happen this time around.

Think BIG, believe BIG. As that realistic proverb says, “Aim for the roof, you fall on the floor. Aim for the sky and you fall on the roof.” But just concentrate on soaring upwards. At Every Month A Million we will get you there.

As you can see, it’s all in the mind. Start with positive thoughts and the rest will follow.

Life on Purpose: 15 Questions to Discover Your Personal Mission

I believe that we were all sent here for a reason and that we all have significance in the world. I genuinely feel that we are all blessed with unique gifts. The expression of our gifts contributes to a cause greater than ourselves.

First, a personal story

Last year, I was running at full speed; chasing after my dream of money and ‘success’. However, I had forgotten why I was running. Luckily, I met Jim (not his real name). Jim had achieved all the financial goals I was reaching for. He had financial independence, several successful businesses, homes in multiple countries, and the luxury to afford the finest things money could buy. Through hard work, persistence and sheer action; he had made it! But, Jim was not happy. He did not have the free time to enjoy his wealth. He wanted a family. He wanted peace. He wanted to live his life… but he was not able to. He had too many responsibilities, too much to lose, and too many things to protect. He had spent years building his castle, and now that it is complete, he is spending his time keeping it from eroding.

Getting to know Jim was a life altering and eye opening experience. His words snapped me out of my state of ‘unconsciousness’. It became clear to me that, “I did not want to spend the next 10 years chasing after money, only to find that I’ll be back at the same place I am at today; emotionally, mentally, and spiritually”. My ‘chase’ came to a screeching halt, everything was put on hold, and I spent the next two months re-evaluating my life and purpose.

These questions were running through my mind:

What am I chasing after? Why am I chasing it? What is my purpose? Why was I put here?

I took out a pen and paper started writing. It began by listing all the things that are most important to me. I wrote down all the things I wanted to do. I re-visited my personal mission statement. I decided that whatever venture I commit to must align with my personal mission, my values and my goals. For every new opportunity that comes along, I would ask myself how it aligns with my goals. Regardless of how much money I could acquire, if the venture did not align with where I wanted to be, then I would not pursue it.

Here is my personal mission statement:

“To Empower, motivate and inspire people to living happier and more fulfilled lives“.

Here are some of my values and goals:

What matters most is my connection with myself, being present and feeling blissful.

What I value most is having meaningful relationships with people. Being able to connect with people on deep levels.

I plan to be financially independent, and have control of my time and location. I plan to work only on projects and causes that I connect with. I plan to acquire my finances without violating my values, goals and personal mission.

I plan to travel and live in different parts of the world. Experiencing different cultures, documenting them in photographs and sharing them with others.

Having a family is important to me. I desire a deep, loving relationship with my spouse.

To live everyday fully as if it was my last.

15 Questions to Discover Your Life Purpose

I learned this from one of my mentors Rob Drobel
on one of our mlm training webinars here at

Writing or reviewing a mission statement changes you because it forces you to think through your priorities deeply, carefully, and to align your behaviour with your beliefs.

A personal mission consists of 3 parts:

What is the result? What value will I create?

1. Do the exercise with the 15 questions above as quickly as you can.

2. List out actions words you connect with.
a. Example: educate, accomplish, empower, encourage, improve, help, give, guide, inspire, integrate, master, motivate, nurture, organize, produce, promote, travel, spread, share, satisfy, understand, teach, write, etc.

What is your purpose? What is your mission? I would love to hear about your goals and aspirations. Please share with a comment!

10 Powerfull Ways To Manifest Everything You Desire In Life
