By Discovering Universal Laws, You Discover The Source Of All Health,
All Wealth, All Happiness, Joy, Profound Peace, Assurance and Fulfillment.
The Source That Governs ALL That Is, Has Been or Ever Will Be
Contrary to majority belief... Universal Laws are not based on theory or speculation. What at one point was believed to be only theoretical, mystical, or spiritual in nature and understood only by those who learned to tap into the place from where "Higher Truth" comes, has now emerged and become evident in the latest scientific discoveries and is now being measured on a physical level"
Universal Laws, also referred to as Spiritual Laws or Laws Of Nature are the unwavering and unchanging principles that govern every aspect of the universe and are the means by which our world and the entire cosmos continues to exist, thrive and expand.
There are a large and ever growing number of people in the world who are waking up and becoming aware of these laws yet it's still the vast majority who believe that life just happens as it will. They perceive that the various events, conditions and circumstances they experience in life are based on a series of "random yes's and no's" regardless of how good or bad they might perceive them to be or are just a random series of occurrences altogether fully believing there's no definitive purpose or underlying reason why things happen as they do.
I personally encounter and communicate with a countless number of people globally who at some point in their lives come to a place of wonder and curiosity and who often ask, What's the secret to doing what you love to do? What is this Secret Formula I'm hearing so much about for experiencing harmony, joy, fulfillment, abundance and happiness?
The answer is always the same. It never has and never will change.
And the 355 gazillion dollar answer is...There is no SECRET at all. Never has been and never will be. It's simply a matter of choice. More specifically YOUR choice.
Depending on where you are...the kind and quality of results that you're currently experiencing, that may seem to be quite puzzling. Yet it's not once you understand the immutable and unwavering power of Universal Laws.
In fact it's really quite simple...profoundly simple in fact and that simplicity as well as the perfection becomes blatantly obvious once you choose to awaken to, become conscious of, and consciously choose to develop a bit deeper understanding or heightened awareness of how and why these incredible and wondrous "Universal Laws" effortlessly, flawlessly and consistently operate as they do.
Always have...always will.
In fact you don't even have to understand or even be aware of Universal Laws, but it certainly helps and can most certainly assist, enable and empower you to make massive enhancements...experience total transformation even, if you find yourself experiencing "less than desired" outcomes in any aspect of your life.
Contrary to widespread belief there exists no such thing as randomness or chaos in the world. In fact, you can if and when you should ever "choose" to do so, experience the harmony and perfection that such a choice yields.
Consciously Harmonizing With Universal Laws Only Requires 5 Simple and Profoundly Empowering Steps
All that's required of you is simply a matter of doing 5 simple yet extremely powerful and creative steps and Universal Laws take over and provide the rest.
You don't have to know how Universal Laws work or for that matter even be aware that they exist. They are ALWAYS working every second of every minute of every day whether you are "consciously aware" of it or not.
Ok...so what are those 5 steps I mentioned?Well...this section is suppose to be only about introducing you to and explaining the immutable and unwavering nature of Universal Laws, but what the heck, here they are...
1) Hold a "conscious intention" of the thing desired
2) Focus on it's "realness" as an already existing fact
3) Think, speak and act as if you already have it
4) Take "inspired action" as the ways and means to make it a "tangible reality" show up.
5) Detach and Allow the perfection and simplicity of the process to provide the "desired outcome."
It TRULY is as simple and complex as that.
It's more about being than it is about doing which is precisely why so many do so much and experience such limited results. They choose to remain asleep to the power of simply Being.
When you're aware and become conscious of how to align and harmonize your chosen way of being with Universal Laws you discover just how simple creating desired results can be.
Your ONLY job is to clearly define the why and the what. Universal Laws job is to provide the when and the how. Have no fear though, Universal Laws ALWAYS do their job and the more intentional, focused, and consistent you are in doing your part, the quicker Universal Laws do theirs.
And rest assured the process NEVER fails or wavers. Universal Laws insure that as they have for nearly 14 BILLION years.
Ok, back to what Universal Laws are specifically and how they impact and in fact determine EVERY aspect of your life whether physically, financially, relationally, emotionally and spiritually.
In essence, Universal Laws, or Laws of Nature as they're often called, are the governing force that determine without fail EVERY aspect of creation including each of the events, conditions and circumstances experienced by you, me and everyone else in the world on both an individual and collective scale.
Sadly, the vast majority never take the time or put forth the effort to develop an awareness of these Universal Laws let alone how to align and harmonize themselves with these immutable and unwavering principles that would, with absolute and unwavering certainty, literally attract abundance or whatever else they might be seeking, to them.
Instead they attempt to seek, find, and acquire Abundance and Happiness through various external physical channels such as working more hours, accumulating more stuff, and in so doing, becoming so out of balance that they become depleted, inevitably developing what I call a scattered consciousness, resulting in physical, mental and emotional overwhelm, exhaustion, depression, anxiety, fear, doubt, worry and a host of other counter productive effects that only serve to create precisely the opposite of the outcome "desired."
They unknowingly and unconsciously, due to a lack of deeper understanding, overlook the inexhaustible and unlimited supply which is quite literally "Infinite" in nature that is readily available, and easily within the grasp of any and every person on earth who is willing to accept it and "allow" it to be.
So, I suppose you could say that "The Secret" to experiencing this Infinite and unlimited supply personally is as simple as making a conscious and intentional choice to do so.
All that's required is to become aware, conscious of and once this crucial choice is made, simply choose to harmonize with these unwavering, immutable and ever present Universal Laws which, in so doing can and will provide a kind and quality of life that is often referred to and perceived as Heaven on earth.
Yet the fact is that most choose not to. It's certainly not because they don't want to experience the seemingly miraculous changes that happen as a result, but rather due to what they have been told and taught throughout their lives and have come to understand and believe to be rational, logical and realistic through these traditionally established teachings received resulting in limiting and self sabotaging perceptions regarding potential and possibility.
They choose to engage themselves in, as the vast majority in the world do, an outside in approach to life, allowing what they see, hear, touch, taste and smell to mold, shape and define their individually chosen perceptions of reality which in turn impacts and determines the kind and quality of their consciousness which as the mystics, sages and masters since antiquity have made crystal clear, is the defining factor as to how each and every aspect of our lives unfold and are made real.
They unconsciously judge, condemn and blame what's going on out there...the undesirable events, conditions and circumstances in the world around them, rather than gaining the understanding that all things in life...ALL things, begin and are made real and tangible in the various aspects of their lives based on what's going on within themselves...on the inside.
Based on the kind and quality of choices made relating to this inner process, whether engaged in consciously or unconsciously, the events, conditions and circumstances show up on the outside...in the tangible and physical world that always in ALL WAYS align and harmonize perfectly, precisely and without fail based on the kind and quality of consciousness that is consistently chosen.
That's what Universal Laws govern...consciousness that is transmuted into energy which anything and everything, both seen and unseen is comprised of.
In other words we often overlook the power behind Being and depend exclusively on Doing all the while perceiving based on our limited results, that life is hard, random and chaotic.
The result of this all too common, traditionally taught and established majority way of thinking and doing things shows up in our physical world as perceived chaos, broken families, rising bankruptcies, ever increasing health problems, war, poverty, hunger, etc. etc.
It is by choosing to remain asleep, failing to understand, recognize and consciously harmonize with the Source from where all Abundance and Happiness comes, that so many seem to struggle so long and hard, choosing to swim against rather than with the flow of life and as a result continue to experience very limited, mediocre and at best "hard earned" and temporary results.
The vast majority have developed a predominant way of thinking, acting and doing that causes them to completely overlook the unerring simplicity of the process of creation...the Universal Laws that govern the process and how to consciously, purposefully and intentionally connect to and align with the unlimited Supply of Everything that can and will easily and effortlessly provide what they claim they desire to experience (and more) for their lives.
They unconsciously engage in inner dialogues completely overlooking the simplicity of the process, perhaps due to it's simplicity and unknowingly, consistently and unconsciously create the polar opposite of the outcomes that they continually hope, wish and pray they could.
Due to this consistent and seemingly inescapable self limiting cycle many perceive themselves to be shut off from this Infinite supply by becoming so caught up in trying to Have More by Doing More that they never find, and completely overlook the simple yet profound and freeing truth of how to intentionally harmonize their internal way of being with these Universal Laws and principles, that once understood, harmonized with and through consistent and conscious application, would provide them with far more than they could have ever previously imagined or perceived as possible!
Yet through a conscious choice to become aware of these Universal Laws...through a simple choice to explore their depth, perfection and unerring nature, the simplicity of life is both revealed and experienced.
That's what you'll soon discover the following Universal Laws and Principles to be. Simplicity and perfection in it's purest form. Unerring, unfailing and always precise in their operation.
Becoming aware of, developing an understanding in, aligning and consciously harmonizing with their tremendous, immutable and unwavering power with a clear and focused intention, can mean the difference between a life filled with lack, hardship, fear, anxiety and struggle, or one of joy, satisfaction, limitless prosperity, a profound sense of peace and fulfillment.
The key to experiencing harmony and fulfillment in life lies in choosing to become aware of and consciously harmonizing your thought, intention, and actions with these incredible Universal Laws enabling and empowering you to begin experiencing desired results which show up in your physical world as the events, conditions and circumstances experienced in each and every area of life.
Make no mistake...
Universal Laws aren't in any way, shape or form religious in nature. They are of a spiritual or holistic nature for sure yet there is a tremendous difference in the two.
Mistakenly, many people, when they think of our Source or Creator, whatever you might perceive that to be individually, believe that you must be a religious fanatic, or super spiritual person to enable and allow the Universal Laws and principles to produce their desires and begin to create or if you prefer co-create positive changes in their lives.
This is absolutely not the case! The Universal Laws and principles that govern every aspect of existence and which are responsible for determining your individual life as well as every event, condition and circumstance in the entire cosmos, operate with the same precise, predictable and unwavering certainty, making no distinctions, judgments or determinations as to who, how, when or what they work for.
They aren't discerning and have no capability for determining what is logical, reasonable, rational or feasible.
It's YOU that defines and determines that and Universal Laws simply do their job to fulfill whatever you choose.
They are inescapable, unwavering and are at work 100% of the time regardless of your awareness of or ignorance to them. Their perfect, precise, consistent and unwavering operation make no judgments or determinations based on your age, color, creed, geographical location, education, gender, religious preference, social status, etc. etc. etc.
The ONLY thing that determines HOW they work and WHAT is created as a result of their perfect and unfailing operation is simply a matter of YOUR individual choice...the gift of free will that's been provided to you, me and everyone else on this planet.
Just as electricity or gravity make no distinctions or judgments as to WHO they work for, Universal Laws operate in the same precise, immutable and unwavering fashion. It doesn't matter if you're young, old, black, white, Asian, Indian, American, Christian, Jewish, Buddhist, Hindu, Muslim, or even atheist, Universal Laws operate in a very specific and predictable manner 100% of the time. And as a result, through developing an awareness of HOW they work and consciously aligning your intention, thoughts, words, and actions with them, you can and will begin to attract and experience outcomes which many believe to be unreachable and/or impossible and which the vast majority in the world would consider to be "miracles."
Universal Laws produce miracles every second of every minute of every day. Creation is always a miracle.
The fact of the matter is, once you begin to understand the awesome and unwavering power of these Universal Laws and their non prejudice nature, you begin to clearly see and understand that every outcome in life, regardless of how it might be perceived, IS a "miracle" yet many are simply unconsciously creating undesired miracles for themselves due to a lack of conscious awareness and deeper understanding.
Miracles happen, not in opposition to Nature, but in opposition to what we know of nature.
So, let's explore each of the Universal Laws individually...become familiar with and conscious of their unfailing and unerring operation, enabling and empowering you to begin consciously creating miracles of a desirable quality.
It is my intention as well as my hope to assist you in developing the awareness and uncommon depth of understanding regarding these Universal Laws or Laws of Nature and as you will soon hopefully choose, discover and come to "know" for yourself, you have been provided the incredible, precious and irrevocable gift of choosing your life experience as you choose.
Regardless of your current "beliefs and perceptions" and irrespective of where you may currently find yourself in relation to the outcomes currently being experienced whether physically, financially, relationally, emotionally or spiritually you DO have the power and the ability to Be, Do and Have whatever you choose in life.
You don't need anything that you don;t already have. You already have everything required to experience harmony and fulfillment in each and every area of your life. It's simply a matter of stirring, awakening, remembering and "consciously utilizing" the "Real Power" that's been freely provided to you.
You have been given the ability as well as the inalienable right of free will as we all have to utilize that power consciously or unconsciously which without fail determines and defines what your individual life experience will consist of.
So the secret...the master key to the Kingdom...is to simply make a conscious and intentional choice to become conscious or not.
It's nothing more or less than a choice. There are no "wrong choices" in the bigger scheme of things. Only choices that we make individually that determine the kind and quality of results that we experience. That's how perfect, precise and unwavering Universal laws are.
These Universal Laws also referred to as Universal truths deliver to all without prejudice or judgment, in exactly the same way for those that we perceive to be the saints of our world as well as those that some might judge, perceive and as a result label as bad people.
The only distinction are the physical outcomes received...what is received back, which is determined by individual choice and without fail is only determined by what YOU or any other individual choose to give out.
The Universe and the Universal Laws which govern it serve as a reflection device much like a mirror which ensures without fail that what is received individually is only and ALWAYS determined by what is given or projected out individually. Who chooses what is projected? YOU do.
These timeless Universal principles are exact and unwavering, no matter who or what you are!
If you give and project Love, you receive Love whether you enter a church building or not! If you give and project kindness, you will receive kindness whether you carry a halo over your head or not.(Okay, that's a bit extreme) If you give service you receive back in relation to the service provided. If you choose to project and give out unpleasantness, you receive back things and circumstances that are unpleasant.
Universal Laws NEVER fail or waver.
By choosing to review the Universal Laws provided below, you will have come a long way in expanding your individual awareness...finding the key, or "Missing Link" that so many before you have found to provide wealth where there was poverty, abundance where there was scarcity , health where there was illness, joy where there was depression, love where there was fear and have transformed and lifted multitudes from a state of seeming destitution and hopelessness to incredible joy, unwavering faith and as a result seemingly "miraculous" outcomes and experiences in each and every area of their lives.
By becoming aware of and consciously aligning and harmonizing with these Universal Laws and beginning to consciously, intentionally and purposefully utilize your individual and inalienable right of free will to harmonize your internal "beingness" with your "desired" outcomes, you will begin to know, feel and experience for yourself the indescribable Divine Connection that does and has always existed, but which you may have previously "perceived" to be somehow separate from you and as a result, hidden from your comprehension.
You will soon come to understand with crystal clarity how many have unknowingly allowed dis-empowering, self limiting and self sabotaging, traditionally established teachings which have been passed down from generation to generation to limit what has always been available to you and anyone choosing to break free from the mindset of the mass majority to seek it out and find it.
You'll become awakened to the fact that through unknowingly absorbing and accepting these beliefs and the perceptions they create...what you "perceive" truth to be, will without fail determine the kind and quality of life that you'll be enabled to experience.
Universal Laws don't judge and make distinctions as to "what" you believe but only provide outcomes in exact proportion to the kind and quality of the belief held.
As you believe you shall receive.
What you will soon discover and realize is that these falsely formed beliefs which are directly responsible for determining and projecting your "perception of reality", will reflect back to you outcomes...physical outcomes in the way of events, conditions and circumstances in exact proportion to the "beliefs" and perceptions you hold....that you are actually often times "unconsciously" attracting and drawing to you more of what you "consciously" claim that you choose not to experience into your life!
This information will allow you to, first of all develop an unshakable awareness of the incredible power of these simple truths we call Universal Laws, and then assist you in developing a strategy to recognize, overwrite and replace the conflicting and self sabatoging beliefs held which serve as the underlying cause for consistent and unconscious, self limiting thoughts and "perceptions" of lack, limitation and discord that hold so many bondage, in a perceived world of never enough time, barely enough money, and the seemingly real and at times overwhelming state of continual stress, struggle, anxiety and seemingly inescapable fear.
Developing an understanding of, learning to consciously align and harmonize with and consistently utilize your newfound power to consciously, purposefully and intentionally implement these wondrous never erring or wavering Laws of Creation will turn your life into an incredible journey of limitless hope, joy, fulfillment, prosperity, Abundance and Happiness, IF you will only choose to "allow" them to.
You will have discovered the immutable and unwavering governing force of the "Infinite Supply" of all that is, was and always will be available to you.
By consciously utilizing the power of these simple, seemingly mystical, yet incredibly powerful Universal Principles, you will be well on your way to uncovering the answers that have seemed to evade you for so long.
You will begin to experience for yourself what it means to really live, free of bondage, fear, self-doubt, worry and anxiety. You will discover, beyond the shadow of a doubt that you were intended to live a life determined by and based only on your choosing which extends far beyond the scope of your current self imposed boundaries and limited imagination.
By coming to an understanding of and harmonizing with these simple yet profound Universal Principles, in a conscious, intentional and focused manner you will come to understand the true meaning of freedom, and begin to experience prosperity, wholeness and fulfillment in every area of your life.
Ok, now that you have a basic understand of what Universal Laws are, let's look at them individually and develop a crystal clear understanding of how, by consciously choosing and aligning your future actions with them, you can and if you choose, will, have a dramatic and powerful effect in enhancing the outcomes and experiences in each and every area of your life.
Let's Get Started.....
First, we'll cover a few of the Universal Laws and Principles that determine your individual capability to attract whatever it is you desire into our life. (Each link below will open a new window on top of this page)
The Law Of Vibration states that anything that exists in our universe, whether seen or unseen, broken down into and analyzed in it's purest and most basic form, consists of pure energy or light which resonates and exists as a vibratory frequency or pattern.
The Law Of Attraction The Law of Attraction is the Universal Law which ensures that whatever energy is broadcast out into the universe is joined by (or attracted to) energies that are of an equal or harmonious frequency, resonance or vibration.
The Law Of Cause And Effect states that any action produces or returns a result or outcome in exact proportion to the act or cause which initiated it. Also referred to as Sowing and Reaping or Karma.
The Law Of Resonance The Law of Resonance is the Universal Law which determines the various vibratory patterns or frequencies which are determined and projected based on various thoughts, beliefs and emotions and the resulting projected frequency which activates the Law of Attraction ensuring that this resonance or projected energy can only harmonize with energies that vibrate or resonate at a similar harmonious vibratory frequency which determine and create your physical results.
The Law Of Growth The Law of Growth is the Universal Law which is one of the simplest to comprehend. It simply exists to ensure that something always grows, that creation is constant and determined by the kind and quality of seed which is planted. In the case of Universal truth this seed is determined by the energy projected. Through it's immutable, unwavering and predictable operation you can become conscious and purposeful in what you project or plant which will determine what you will receive or harvest in each area of your life.
The Law Of Abundance The Law Of Abundance can best be understood by looking at the continual growth and unlimited resources available within our Universe. It is continuously producing and multiplying effortlessly through the power of the above Universal Laws, the abundance of which is determined only by the kind and quality of the seed or energy projected.
The Law Of Polarity Do you ever wonder why in a world of unfathomable Abundance why it is that we must sometimes go through events, conditions and circumstances that we perceive as unpleasant? Becoming aware of and developing a deeper understanding concerning the Law Of Polarity may provide the insight that you need.
The Law Of Reciprocity The Law Of Reciprocity which is intricately connected and harmonizes perfectly with all Universal Law, initiates and creates an unwavering and unfailing process which “Reciprocates” meaning to give and take mutually or to return in kind or degree.
It is my sincere hope that you will discover, absorb, and learn to harmonize and align with the above Universal Laws to bring into your physical world that which you desire to experience.
By discovering and implementing these Universal Principles into your day to day life, you will begin to develop an awareness that you may not have previously experienced prior to absorbing this knowledge.
It is important to understand that The knowledge of how Universal Laws operate in and of themselves will be of no benefit to you. It is in the correct implementation of the knowledge acquired and learning to harmonize your actions with their unwavering certainty that will allow and enable you to experience a life above and beyond your wildest expectations.
After reviewing each of the above Universal Laws, it would best serve you to explore The Power Of The Human Mind and discover your individual capability to begin consciously harmonizing your day to day actions with these Universal Laws to begin attracting and experiencing what you most desire in your life.

How Thought Vibration Works
Thought vibration cannot be heard, seen or smelled. However, it is as real as anything that you see around you.
This vibration is so intense that it takes shape instantly in a non-physical reality.
However, as it cannot be sensed in this physical world, you may not give much significance to it.
Thought vibration is higher than your senses can detect.
Your senses are capable to catch just a friction of the vibrations surrounding you. You miss out on most of the reality as a result.
Thought vibration is similar to radio waves. However, radio waves are within the range of your perception, therefore you are able to hear them.
You may find it hard to believe that thoughts are powerful enough to manifest themselves into your reality. Why? Because it is hard for you to perceive something that you cannot touch, hear or smell. However, thoughts create your life no matter if you believe it or not.
Thought vibration works the same way as a magnet. Magnet has the capability to attract very heavy objects to itself, yet you cannot see the force causing the attraction. However, you do not neglect the fact that magnet attracts objects.
The only difference in magnet force is that it can instantly attract objects to itself. Thought, however, takes time to manifest. Why? Because firstly you manifest goals in a non-physical reality. Then this manifestation needs your persistence to finally present itself in your reality.
You might ask at this point why your manifestation needs persistence to come. Why can't it manifest instantly? My honest answer would be that I don't know. It could be so to protect you. As if you think about something horrible, you would not want this manifestation to come instantly to your life, would you?
Most people's minds are so untrained, it is pure chaos there. It would be too much for a person to handle if he would manifest everything he is thinking of.
It might also be this way so as to reward only those who are persistent enough. It would not be fair for everyone to have what they wish because even lazy people would get all they want.
So you may notice a balance here. Those that take time to learn thought vibration will eventually apply everything they know and manifest whatever they desire. Yet lazy people will get results that resonate with their behaviour. Life is fair, isn't it?
Thought Vibration Application
As soon as you think of something, you create it in a non-physical reality. It waits for you to get it. You keep thinking of it, and it comes closer and closer to you. Everything is good so far. But here's where most people fail. They forget to take action.
You have to take some action to get what you want. If you don't move, you will not get any results.
You can act in two ways. First (my favourite one) works this way:
You think of a thought, hold it long enough and then wait. After some time (couple of days or even hours) you will get some idea. This idea comes from the unconscious, starting to guide you towards the achievement of your goal.
If the idea seems right for you, you should act on it straight away – don't forget to thank for it though.
You will know if the idea has reached you through the unconscious rather than from your own logical mind. The idea will be 'out of the blue' and uncommon to your thinking.
I will give you a personal example here. I started to invite thought into reality through positive affirmations. I kept repeating: “Every day I receive plenty of money making ideas, I act on them and make plenty of money.” Did it work? You bet!!!
Great ideas started to pour out of nowhere. I would turn on my laptop, browse through some websites, and just spot the opportunities to make money. I would also get offers straight to my email inbox.
I got so many money making ideas that I did not know where to start! I had to stop these affirmations and really make some decisions. I took two great ideas and started to work on them.
My mind was calm as I knew that these ideas came from the unconscious through the direct request of mine. I knew that they will make money, as I asked for the money making ideas.
Another way you could act is by taking any action while thinking about your goal. Just keep the goal at the back of your mind at all times, and take any action that you think will lead to the achievement of the goal.
This way you will start the process of manifestation. You may notice that you may be corrected later on if you take the wrong action. Something may happen which will cause you to take a different action. That is okay, just go with the flow. No resistance is needed.
Thought vibration also has some obstacles to go through. These obstacles are thoughts of others. You are not the only thinking person in this world. The ether is filled with billions of thoughts. Some of them resonate with yours, some don't.
If your goal is very big (e.g., if you are poor and you want to become a multi-millionaire), your thought will have to travel a long way.
That's why it is important to hold your thought long enough. You have to keep refuelling this vibration, until it is strong and can travel on its own.
Not even mentioning thoughts of others, what about your own thoughts? You may have hundreds of different thoughts in your head that conflict with each other. So if you want to become very wealthy, but some of your thoughts are about impossibility of becoming wealthy, how can you manifest riches?
The way to get rid of your limiting beliefs is by using positive affirmations (to change mindset) and meditation (to get rid of negative thoughts). These two steps I highly recommend. Them alone can make you very successful.
Once you get rid of your limiting beliefs you will notice that goals manifest much quicker. It is because the vibration you send does not have as many obstacles to go through. You will spend less time visualising and refuelling your dreams. They will manifest much easier.
Thoughts also have the capability to multiply themselves. This is because of the law of increase. If you keep thinking about riches, you will be able to attract other people's thoughts about riches. It will strengthen your vibration and you will eventually become rich.
The only thing is, there are many more people who have limiting and depressed thoughts... That's why it is much easier to become poor and a coward than to become wealthy and courageous.
If you introduce some limiting thought vibration in your head, it will waste no time inviting its friends: sad, depressing, angry and worrying thoughts.
This especially applies if you live with fearful people or have angry neighbours. As soon as you become angry, their thoughts will find you and deepen your anger.
If you want to become a successful person, you will have to be persistent in positive thinking. Others positive thoughts will reach you, but you may feel it only slightly.
Distance plays a role here. If a very successful person is far away from you, his/her thought will reach you. However, it will not be felt as strongly as some limiting thought you might get from your neighbour.
I know that it is easy to fall into the depressing thought vibration. But you have to think only positively if you want to get out of your current reality. Only you can help yourself, no one else can.
If you find it hard to hold positive thought vibration, just think about the rewards you will get. Is living your dream worth spending time thinking positively? I'm sure it is.
Don't ever give up in whatever you do. Do not fall back where the masses are. It's too crowded there anyway.
It is so much better to live a life of your dreams. And it is achievable. You will have to pay the price, of course, but the rewards will be worth every second of your persistence.

I kept repeating: “Every day I will receive plenty of money working from home., I acted on the idea.” Did it work? You bet!!!
Great ideas started to pour out of nowhere. I would turn on my laptop, browse through some websites, and just spot the opportunities to make money. I would also get offers straight to my email inbox.
I got so many money making ideas that I did not know where to start! I had to stop these affirmations and really make some decisions. I took one great idea that really made sence to me. It was Every Month A Million, and started to work on it.
My mind was calm as I knew that this idea came from the unconscious through the direct request of mine. I knew that it would make me money, as I asked for the money making ideas.

Overcoming Self Criticism-Negative Thoughts and You
Self criticism, why do we do it and how do we stop it?
Self criticism is one of the worst forms of criticism there is. Who else is better at telling you how, fat, and ugly, stupid or incapable you are then YOU? Self criticism is something that lowers our self esteem by confirming beliefs that we hold within our subconscious minds. So how does it work? And how easy is it to change our thoughts patterns so that we can hold positive and encouraging dialogue with ourselves and ultimately change our beliefs? This article aims to answer these questions.
What is self criticism?
Self criticism is the negative internal dialogue that you hold with yourself within your mind. It is the voice that is constantly judging, comparing, abusing and being negative.
How does it work?
Each of us holds a personal belief system which is made up of our values and laws that we use to bounce ideas off to make personal decisions. It is the responsibility of our subconscious mind to communicate with our conscious mind to decide on our behavior, thoughts and feelings.
When you believe something, your mind will actively search out information to support you, even when this belief is negative. This is done by your sub-conscious asking the conscious mind to ‘keep a look out’ for things that will determine the belief as true.
When these belief systems are negative, such as ‘I am fat and unlovable’ our minds become biased and begin to interpret neutral information into supporting evidence. The more information we find to support these beliefs the more we reassure ourselves that we are right. These negative beliefs are also termed limiting beliefs and are limiting because they are not true. They are simply just beliefs.
Where does it come from?
Self criticism can come from early childhood experiences deriving from issues of abandonment, neglect and abuse. However, it is not necessary to have been through childhood trauma to experience low self esteem and forms of self criticism. Some people are naturally harder on themselves such as high achievers and ‘Type A Personalities’. “Type A individuals can be described as impatient, excessively time-conscious, insecure about their status, highly competitive, hostile and aggressive, and incapable of relaxation” (en.wikipedia.org).
Who can change it?
Fortunately, the power of change to your life lives within your own hands. You have every tool you need to change your life. All you need is an open and willing mind and a bit of time and energy for dedication.
How do we change it?
The key is awareness. A lot of people get stuck in old habits and are totally unaware they are doing the things they do. If you can become aware of when you are verbally beating yourself up you can actively make the choice to stop.
Instead of saying ‘you’re fat and ugly’ try saying ‘you look nice today’. Even if you don’t believe it, your mind will begin to change. Every time it hears something nice about itself, it goes out to support the statement and eventually starts to build a series of self-evidence.
Think of your mind as a friend. You wouldn’t let your best friend judge and abuse you so don’t treat yourself in this way.
Have the relationship with yourself that you would like to have with others, kind, compassionate, considerate and understanding.
A simple Exercise
1. Start be writing down three things you would like to believe about yourself for example I am worthy of true love, I am a beautiful and creative person, I am happy and I deserve happiness.
2. Print this out and put it in places where you will read it often for example stick it on the mirror you get changed in front of, on the fridge, on the toilet door.
3. When you catch yourself being negative, say those three things to yourself five times until the negative dialogue disappears.
4. Do this every time you hear your self put you down until you no longer talk to yourself in a negative way.
Simple daily exercises can change the way you think. When you are being positive you force your perception of the world and your internal beliefs to be positive.

Silence your Inner Critic
"We are what we think about all day long." Ralph Waldo Emerson. That is the simplest definition of self-esteem. We have an inner voice that speaks to us consciously and unconsciously all the time. When our inner voice becomes and stays critical, it drags us down until we cannot have adequate love or esteem for ourselves.
"Love is the power which produces love." Erich Fromm. We must love ourselves to be able to love others. We all have to deal with our inner critical voice at some time or another. Here are some excellent ways to bring more love into your life by stopping your inner critic from getting in the way.
Stopping Your Inner Critic
Everyone has an inner critic. Our self-esteem and self image are developed by how we talk to ourselves. All of us have conscious and unconscious memories of all the times we felt bad or wrong – they are part of the unavoidable scars of childhood. This is where the inner critical voice gets started. We also have an inner voice that has our best interest at heart. Listen to the good inner voice. How we respond to our good inner voice determines how we feel. When we don’t listen we feel bad. When we follow its lead with faith that it is guiding us towards what is best for us, we feel good.
How do you stop your inner critic?
Before you can disarm the critic, you have to know him. Secrecy is his greatest strength. So if you can get really good at hearing and identifying his voice, you will have won a major victory. Remember that every time the critic attacks he is doing you real psychological harm. He is further wounding your sense of worth and making it harder to feel competent and happy in the world. You can’t afford what he is doing to you. It’s costing you too much.
Analyze your critical thoughts. As you analyze your critical thoughts, determine what they help you feel or help you avoid feeling; you’ll begin to see a pattern to the attacks. One person may find his critic's primary function is to help him atone for guilt. Someone else may experience a critic whose main effort is to provide achievement motivation. Another person’s critic may help desensitize her to the fear of rejection. Or a critic may harangue you to stay on the straight and narrow path. When you become aware of the theme or themes your critic uses, you are ready to fight back.
Some of the times to catch your inner critic are: when you are feeling depressed or down on yourself, meeting strangers, contact with people you find sexually attractive, situations in which you have made a mistake, situations in which you feel criticized and defensive, situations in which you feel hurt or someone has been angry at you, and conversations with parents or anyone who might be disapproving.
Disarming the critic involves three steps: (1) unmasking his purpose, (2) talking back, and (3) making him useless.
There are few things more effective for winning arguments than to suddenly unmask your opponent’s ulterior motives. A classic example is tobacco company "research" that finds no link between cigarette smoking and heart disease. Since the ulterior motives of the tobacco industry are clear, few people take their arguments seriously. Getting clear about the critic’s function makes everything he says less believable. You know his ulterior motive. No matter how he rants and raves, you’ve exposed his secret agenda and therefore feel less vulnerable to him. Remember that the critic attacks you because his voice is in some way being reinforced. When you are able to identify the role your critic plays in your psychological life, when you are able to call his game, you are beginning to seriously undermine the credibility of his message.
People with very low self-esteem have a more vicious and demoralizing inner critic. Low self-esteem robs you of your confidence. You no longer trust your ability to cope or make decisions. Risks stop being challenging; they’re scary. Since you can’t live up to your own critical voice, you’re also often critical of others. There are several things you can do to diminish your negative inner critic. Research indicates that to change behavior, it is more effective to stop telling yourself negative things than to just tell yourself positive things. It’s not so much the power of positive thinking as it is the power of non-negative thinking. So how do you stop telling yourself negative things? Read and try the following:
1.Hear your inner critic. Catch him in the act. You can’t change anything you don’t know is there. If you’re not paying attention to it, you’re actually reinforcing it. Once you hear your inner critic and know your vulnerable times you can then learn how to "turn off" and disarm it..
2. Talk back and get angry at the inner critic: Here are some examples of how to talk back:
This is poison. Stop it!
These are lies.
These are lies my father told me.
No more put-downs.
Shut up!
Get off my back!
Stop this garbage!
Note: Choose a short statement that helps you feel angry. It’s good to get mad. (use profanity if you feel like it) Mentally scream at the critic so that you can drown him out with your anger and indignation.
3. Try thought stoppage: Tell the critic to stop. Stop ruminating. Get up, move, get a drink of water.
4. Use attention shift: Look outside. Look at people around you. Look at any object nearby and study it intently. Turn worry over to higher power
5. Then tidy up: Put the worry in a shoe box on the top shelf of the closet in your mind and pack it away. Schedule time to worry. Write worries down and schedule time to think them over. When repetitive thoughts occur again say STOP I’ll worry about this at (name a specific time.)
6. Now ask the price: What price have I paid to listen to the critical voice? Make a list of the ways the critic has hurt you in relationships, work and self-esteem. The price may be external or internal.
Now you must replace the inner critic with your positive voice. Use a self compliment or a pre-selected affirmation. Counter the negative talk with positive. Have a routine where you regularly work to boost your self confidence. Carry the affirmations with you in a notebook, journal or on index cards. Take time to review them, particularly when self-doubt is hammering away at you.
Just do it, as the Nike slogan exclaims. I often find the best way to overcome my inner critic is having to do something. My determination overcomes my self-doubts.
If none of the above works for you try putting a rubber band around your wrist and snap it each time your inner critic speaks. Mentally scream "Stop it!" while snapping the rubber band. The sharp stinging sensation breaks the chain of negative thoughts and acts as a punisher so that the critic is less likely to attack in the near future. The important thing is to catch the critic just as he starts. It takes about 21 days to change a habit. Be consistent with this behavior and you will have more love in your life starting with yourself.
There is no quick fix for silencing the inner voice. However, if you determine to take the step to overcome the doubts, that voice can become a faint whisper or silent altogether.

Limiting Beliefs - The Answer To Success Lies Within
We are all creating our reality all of the time, but most of us are doing it unconsciously. So if it’s that simple, why not learn to do it consciously by focusing on the things we want, instead of those that we don’t?
Our beliefs have tremendous power over us, and over the quality of our entire lives. They dictate how happy and successful we are (or not), the nature of our relationships, what type of home we live in, and even what kind of car we drive. They direct every single facet of our lives, and all of our decisions.
Some of our beliefs are helpful, such as the belief that we will be healthier if we eat well and exercise. However, other beliefs can keep us locked in a state of unhappiness, poverty, poor health, in miserable relationships, or even alone. We call these “limiting beliefs”.
Here are some examples of limiting beliefs:
“Money doesn’t grow on trees!”
“I can’t do that…it’ll never work!”
“I can never seem to find the right person to love me just the way I am.”
“I can’t afford that!”
“I’m not smart enough to make more money.”
“I have to work even more hours if I want to make more money.”
“I’ll be happy when _________ happens.” (Fill in the blank with some future event.)
Do any of these sound familiar to you?
We call these limiting beliefs because they literally limit what we believe is possible for us to experience in our lives. But in our amazing universe, anything is possible. If we can think it, we can create it. In fact, if we can simply desire it, we can have it.
That’s because we will never experience a burning desire for something that we do not also have the power to attract, or to achieve.
Most of us adopted our strongest limiting beliefs when we were young children, because we simply accepted what our parents said as gospel. Our minds were like little sponges, accepting as truth practically everything we heard. Our parents didn’t know any better, because they were told the same things by their parents. Much of this was passed down from the generations before them, so neither they, nor you, are to blame for your limiting beliefs.
As adults, we have a wonderful opportunity to transform them into more productive and positive beliefs, which then translate into a better life experience moving forward. For example:
“There is plenty of money to go around, and plenty of money flowing to me on a constant basis.”
“I can do anything I set my mind to do, and ultimately, it will work!”
“I am lovable just as I am, and I am now attracting exactly the right love partner to me.”
“I can always afford whatever I want or need.”
“I have plenty of brains to make as much money as I want to.”
“I can make lots more money even if I work the same hours, or less, than I do now.”
“I am perfectly happy in this moment, and this is the only moment that matters.”
So whenever you catch yourself thinking or saying something that reflects a limiting belief, you will want to immediately stop yourself and say (or think) exactly the opposite. Learn to be the gatekeeper to your thoughts.
Realize that even if you have a fleeting negative thought, it will not cause negative consequences, so don’t punish yourself for having these thoughts. It’s when you dwell on these thoughts that you cause the manifestation process to come to fruition. So, by immediately switching to a positive thought or statement, and then focusing on that, you will create more of what is to your liking and less of what is not.
But, I’d be lying to myself!
Even if these statements don’t seem to reflect your current circumstances – in fact, even if they feel like outright lies – know that they CAN be your reality in the very near future. That’s because Our Thoughts Become Things. (More on this in a moment.)
Regardless of how bad things might appear right now, it’s really important to change your thinking to be more positive. It’s like the chicken and the egg – it will require a leap of faith on your part to believe a better life is possible, but you won’t be able to make that leap unless you begin to shift your negative thinking. (use Positive Affirmations.)
For some of you, this won’t be a difficult leap to take, because some part of you already knows this to be true. But for others, especially those of you who are new to this material, it may seem unfathomable right now. And that’s okay. Don’t worry, as you raise your awareness and diligently practice these principles, trust in this process will become very natural to you over time.
For now, it’s enough to simply hold the trust and faith that you will have sufficient trust and faith in the very near future…and it will happen, one day at a time.
Here at Every Month A Million with our Daily Dose Of Good we will be helping you to build your trust and faith in the process of attracting the life you desire. Eventually you will have absolute expectation that your desires will be met, but for now, baby steps!
Why Limiting Beliefs Matter
The only things that stop you from having the life you desire are your limiting beliefs. According to the Law of Supply, the natural state of humankind is one of a constant flow of expansion and abundance. That’s why we humans are always striving to do more, be more, and have more. But almost all of us unconsciously hinder the flow of abundance, by having limiting beliefs that constantly convince us of what isn’t possible! This universe is one of unlimited possibilities, and that applies to each and every one of us. Yes, that means you.
Scarcity is a limiting belief shared by most people on this planet, which explains why there is so much poverty and war. We think there’s not enough to go around, when in fact, there is an infinite supply available to each and every one of us. It’s not necessary to compete for resources! The true nature of the universe is Abundance. In order to have abundance, all we must do is transform our limiting beliefs and learn to receive that abundance. (This is easier said than done, but more on that in a moment.)
If you doubt this concept, consider for a moment the daisy in the meadow. It started as a tiny seed, buried in the dirt an inch or two below the surface, nothing more. Yet as it grows into a plant, and then grows a flower atop, it’s provided with every single thing it needs: minerals, proteins, water, sunshine, even bees to spread its pollen around so it can propagate. Everything in nature is provided for the daisy in this way, so why should it be any different for us humans? Fortunately, flowers and bees don’t harbor limiting beliefs. They simply take it for granted that their needs will always be met, and they are. We should take lessons from them!
Another example of how we always have our needs met may be considered in our current situation with oil. Many people fear the prospect that we might be running out of this crucial resources in the very near future. And that very well may be the case. But this is based on the limiting thinking that oil is our only viable option.
There are so many alternative forms of energy being researched today, and it’s my firm belief that we will not experience a massive energy shortage. Perhaps there will be an adjustment period while we’re transitioning to these new energy sources, but I don’t believe it spells the end of our world as we know it.
Take, for example, the research some scientists are doing with plastic sheeting (like cellophane), which functions as solar panels. Scientists have discovered that by wrapping this special plastic around your house, it can eventually provide enough solar power to amply heat your house. Granted, they need a few more years before the product will be efficient enough to do this, but they are very confident that it will work, given their current research results. The best news is that it should be far less expensive than traditional solar panels.
Who would’ve thought that Saran Wrap could solve our energy crisis? And doesn’t that provide evidence that the possibilities in our wonderful universe are limitless?
There are many more exciting new alternative energy sources popping up each month. As demand for new resources rises, it is inevitable (in my opinion) that humankind will invent exactly what we will need in order to survive.
Many of us aren’t even aware that we have scarcity beliefs to begin with. We just think we were born poor and therefore assume we always will be, or we just don’t have the brains we need in order to be successful, etc. Some of us think it’s simply our fate to suffer, or even worse, that we have sinned and therefore this is God’s payback.
But these are all untrue, and sadly, often the result of erroneous religious teachings. The truth is that success and abundance are available to every single person on the planet, if they just know where to look. The answer lies not with a better education, or a more prestigious job, or rich Uncle Milton’s inheritance when he finally dies, or even having the right “connections”. The answer lies within our own minds. And the first step is to learn how the power of our thoughts affects every single thing in our lives.
Creating Our Reality – Thoughts Become Things
In order for something to become physical, it begins with a thought. Then it becomes a word or a picture. Then, with ample energy, emotion, and expectation focused upon that word or picture, the universe begins to work on manifesting it in the quantum realm. So, in essence, it is created in the non-physical realm instantly, even if you can’t see the evidence of it yet. But it requires continuous focus in order for it to become physical.
When we make statements like, "I am so grateful that I have all the money I need," we are in fact truly talking about the Now. We aren't going into the future. It's just our four dimensional perceptions that make it seem like we’re programming the future, just using a tricky way of saying it by using the present tense.
But if you look at our larger experience--not just material reality--as soon as we say that statement, it is true. Now. In the real Now. It becomes true energetically and actually. The "delay" is just in our perceptual apparatus, that doesn't allow us to "get there" until "later".
Think of it this way: If you look at all of reality as existing at once like a giant house with many, many rooms, then our progress through time involves walking through all those rooms. Going from moment to moment is like walking from one room to another. The rooms all exist "at once"; the one we leave doesn't vanish when we go through the doorway. They are all just there, and it’s our perceptual experience that makes it look like a journey.
Creation is just adding on a room; as soon as we get our energy in the right place and focus, the new room is instantly there. It IS. But it may take us a while to "get there" – depending on our beliefs or fears, we may just step over into it from the room we are in; or it may take us a long time to find where that new room is.
The conflict is created by a lag in our perceptual speed, not by some conflict in the nature of reality. The way we create is to find within ourselves, right Now, the energy of the thing we want. When we become as evolved as the avatars in the Far East (or Jesus himself) who can materialize things instantly, we'll see for ourselves that the time paradox dissolves and it does indeed all happen Now.
As you focus on what you desire, the universe starts organizing every little piece of what you have thought about, including the physical parts, the people you need to help you, the chance meetings with those people, the newspaper ad that you noticed, every tiny detail.
And eventually, these pieces fit together in a series of synchronicities, which result in getting you that which you have thought about most (good or bad!). It has no choice but to create what you focus on.
If we consider the Wright brothers, prior to them nobody had been able to build an airplane and get it off the ground. But in the brothers’ minds, they imagined a device that would fly, and then they built it. They didn’t know how they would build that airplane; they just knew what they wanted to build. In fact, every single thing that has ever been, or ever will be, came from someone’s idea, thought, or imagination.
We are all creating our reality all of the time, but most of us are doing it unconsciously. So if it’s that simple, why not learn to consciously create more of what we want, by focusing on the things we want instead of those we don’t?
Here are some more detailed discussions of creating reality and visualization.
Identifying Your Limiting Beliefs
One way you can identify a limiting belief is by looking at the difference between your desires and your current results. If you really would love to have a new BMW, but you’re driving a beat up old Toyota, then there’s a limiting belief causing that experience for you.
It may be that you don’t feel worthy of a new BMW, or worthy of having any nice things. Or it may be that you believe, deep down inside, that only rich jerks drive BMWs, because you think that all rich people are jerks. Or it may be something entirely different, perhaps even a combination of different beliefs.
Caveat: You may already be well on your way to transforming this particular belief into a positive one, but your current situation doesn’t yet reflect your new belief. Remember, your current results are a reflection of your current and/or PAST beliefs. So you may actually be in a transition state, in which your old Toyota is well on its way to the junkyard and your new BMW will soon arrive. So if you’re sure you have adopted the new, more positive belief, don’t be frustrated…these things can take time to become a physical reality.
Another great way of identifying your limiting beliefs is to pay close attention to the thoughts that arise when you think about those things you’d like to have. For instance, if you’re looking at that photograph of the new BMW, and your mind is screaming, “I’ll never be able to afford that car!”, then you know you’ve just identified a limiting belief.
It’s very worthwhile to spend some time looking at the reasons why you don’t feel you can have that new car right now. It’s helpful to write down these thoughts as they arise, then write the exact opposite (as mentioned in the beginning of this article.) Then, spend some time each day focusing on those positive statements, and soon you’ll be driving that new Beemer!
Transforming Limiting Beliefs
Transforming limiting beliefs can be as simple as deciding one day that a particular belief no longer serves you, and then choosing a new belief. For instance, for most of my adult life I held onto the belief that money always came “just in the nick of time”. And indeed, it did! But it caused me lots of stress and worry until the “nick of time” finally arrived.
One day, I noticed that I harbored this belief. I decided that it no longer served me, so I chose a new one: “Money always comes before the nick of time.” Much to my amazement, that has been the case ever since!
Sometimes it’s that simple, but not always. Just thinking positive thoughts and saying affirmations to change your beliefs may not resolve some of the more deeply held beliefs. That said, however, it’s critical that we catch ourselves when we have negative thoughts, and immediately shift to more positive ones, as mentioned above. This will have an effect on your overall thinking, and will produce positive results in your life in many ways – not the very least of which is to help you feel generally happier and more optimistic about everything.
Once we begin to familiarize ourselves with the manifesting process, many of us soon find it relatively easy to believe that we can attract an extra $50 here and there, or a pair of tickets to a concert. But what about $50,000? Or $50 million?
Do those numbers make your head want to explode?
One of the more difficult challenges to overcome is that deep down inside, we often don’t believe that we can have unlimited success, wealth and abundance. $50 is not outside of our realm of “possibilities”, but $50 million? No way! But if you think about it, what’s really the difference? In a universe of unlimited possibilities, there is no difference between the two amounts, just a whole bunch of paper (equating to the mass of part of a tree?). We invent the difference in our own minds, perhaps because we attach our own self-worth to the amount of money we think we deserve to have.
No matter how often you think or say what you want, when it comes to manifesting, it’s what you truly believe that matters. This is especially true when it comes to the bigger things (like millions of dollars). If you desire millions of dollars, or anything else, for that matter, it’s necessary to clear up these limiting beliefs about it so the universe can deliver it. This is why simply making affirmations, without clearing out the deep underlying beliefs, often fail. (I have some excellent methods for quickly transforming even your deepest beliefs I will be teaching you in other post.)
If our core belief is one of scarcity, then that’s the frequency vibration we will transmit. The universe will hear and act upon that vibration, regardless of what our mouths are saying to the bathroom mirror every morning.
Overcoming this limited thinking can take some time and diligent effort, but it’s absolutely achievable. I had some of the most stubborn, deep, negative, unworthiness beliefs to overcome, and tons of consumer debt. But now, I know that there is absolutely no limit to what I can create or attract (and the consumer debt is now completely gone). If I can shift my beliefs so dramatically, so can you!
This is a process that can take some time, like peeling off the layers of an onion. However, as you peel off the layers, you will begin to attract more and more of what you desire. The better you get at this, the more powerful your manifesting muscles will become. And the more powerful you believe you are, the more your mind will open up to the vast possibilities available to you.
Our beliefs have tremendous power over us, and over the quality of our entire lives. They dictate how happy and successful we are (or not), the nature of our relationships, what type of home we live in, and even what kind of car we drive. They direct every single facet of our lives, and all of our decisions.

7 Benefits of Living Consciously
Ever since I realised I wasn’t taking control of my life I’ve been trying to be more conscious of my actions. For those of you who don’t know, living consciously is exactly that. Choosing the situations you are in and the direction in which you are headed, living a life which you control.
Probably the biggest conscious decision I’ve made was joining
Every Month A Million and quitting my job. Now that I’ve been living more consciously, I want to share the benefits I’ve received along the way.
Conscious Living
Are you happy with your current situation? Did you choose it or did it just fall into place as you went about your life? If you aren’t happy and aren’t in a situation you created then it’s likely you are living unconsciously.
Ultimately, conscious living is about taking life by the horns instead of waiting for life to take you.
Being conscious also applies to things like:
Being aware of your emotions as they arise
Observing your thoughts and mind-made feelings
Taking care in what you are doing
Realising how you are affecting / influencing others
I’ll be sure to do a post on how you can live more consciously, but for now I want to get into the main benefits of living a more conscious life. If they appeal to you then it’s more likely you’ll find the follow-up to this post more appealing.
7 Benefits to Living Consciously
It’s quite hard to put a time-frame on how long I’ve been living consciously, and to be honest it is something that only comes with practice and something you should keep up your whole life. I’m sure in my younger years I was planning my path and didn’t know what to call it.
In all honesty, I would say I’ve been conscious of living consciously (better word, anybody?) for the last 6 months and here is what I’ve experienced.
Although many people will disagree with me, I strongly link living consciously to living in the now. The reason for this is that once you are aware that all life happens in the present moment, you often make a conscious decision to be aware of this and give the present your utmost attention.
1. You Don’t Live in Reaction
One of the hallmarks to living unconsciously is living in reaction, taking what lands in our way and assuming that is our given path. Living in reaction can apply to the career choices you make, the relationships you have and even your life goals.
However, when you start to live consciously, all that disappears. Having a conscious pursuit of where you are headed and the aims for yourself are often enough to keep you on the right track. If you didn’t choose your current life situation then works towards one that you want.
No matter which direction you are headed, you are headed somewhere and it should be a conscious choice you have made. Living consciously means you no longer wait for things to happen before you take action (reacting).
2. More focus on the tasks at hand
When you are doing something consciously, it means you are aware of what you are doing and you have chosen to do it at a certain time. It may be a task that was given to you by someone else, but you can choose to be fully present and focused on the work in front of you.
Because this is a conscious decision and not just something that has happened, you find yourself giving everything you do a lot more focus, time and passion.
You can also be aware of any resistance that is inside you and see it for what it is, something that is mind-made. If you had the real choice would you sit and moan about something or would you just focus on it, enjoy the journey and then subsequently the end result?
I know what I would pick.
3. Better Control over your Emotions
Your emotions are a result of your mind-made thoughts, nothing more and nothing less. We only give them more substance when we try to resist them and give them a label which implies they are negative. Whenever you feel any negative emotions such as…
Fear
Worry
Stress
Nervousness
Be fully aware of what is going on inside you. This is something I’ve been working hard on and I’ve had some great results. Now, whenever I’m feeling any of the above, I’m often aware of it before the emotion takes over my thinking and my actions. Therefore, I can consciously be happy and not let my internal auto-responses control me.
4. You don’t depend on outcomes
Depending on the outcome of a situation is not only one of the easiest ways to stir up your own negative emotions, but it’s also one of the best ways to talk yourself out of doing something. Outcome dependence is basically needing something to go well to fill you with good emotions or for your life to stay on track.
We do this all the time but we rarely notice because we are doing it unconsciously. When you are living a conscious life you always accept what is, if something doesn’t go your way then you accept that. It is what it is. Because you are on your path and have your plans in place, it doesn’t matter what hurdles get in the way because you will just keep going.
Don’t depend on things going right in other areas of your life in order to be happy or in order to succeed at your goals. When you start to live consciously, you’ll realise this disappears by itself.
5. You are more open to learning
Have you ever read a book and been so lost in thought that you realise you’ve gone through a few pages and not actually read anything? I know I have, I still do that today but it’s happening less and less. When you are on a conscious path and think about the things that you want, you are more open to learning about those exact things.
For example, I’ve been reading a book recently which I really don’t enjoy but it was recommended very highly by someone I trust and respect. I didn’t necessarily choose it and I’ve found I’m drifting away from the content very easily. However, with something like ‘Do You by Russell Simmons‘ which I really wanted to read, I found myself completely immersed in it because it was relevant to the path I’m trying to take.
Simply taking the time to think things through about where you are headed is a great way to open yourself up to all the things you want / need to learn to help you get there.
6. You handle your finances better
This has been quite a big one for me and it makes perfect sense. I’ve been organising my finances very carefully (I run my own company in the UK) and have been speaking to an accountant to make sure everything is in check. Living consciously not only helps you keep your current situation in order, but you start to think more about your expenses.
Say for example, there was a computer game you wanted for $40, which isn’t too expensive. However, when you put it in relation to your income and think that you might have worked 4 hours of your life that you won’t get back just to make that money, it really doesn’t seem as appealing anymore. I’m not saying I don’t make unnecessary purchases but I also don’t want to be living paycheck to paycheck like most of the population. Putting things into perspective is one of the best ways to stay on the safe side.
7. You can live the life you want to live
I believe it to be true that the main reason people have fear and worry on their death-bed is not because the end of their physical life is imminent, but because they feel like they haven’t lived life to their full. About 2 months ago I spent 6 days in a private hospital room, and whilst I wasn’t in a life threatening situation it certainly made me think clearer about my life so this statement rings true with me.
Living consciously is all about making choices and not the choices making you.
Even if you take one path and it doesn’t work out well for you, it doesn’t mean you can’t change because that is the direction you chose. Life is an experience, and a journey, something to grab with both hands and make the most of. Living consciously will give you that benefit and will make sure that when your ‘time comes’, especially if you know about it, that you made the most of your opportunity here in the physical world.
Please feel free to share your own benefits in the comments below if you’ve been living a more conscious life! If you enjoyed this post, I would appreciate if you share it.

Discover The Power Of Gratitude To Unleash Unlimited Abundance And Happiness In Your Life
Consciously utilizing The Power Of Gratitude is an extremely important aspect of attracting to yourself the Abundance and Happiness that you desire and deserve in your life.
First, let's explore how sincere gratefulness works from a strictly scientific perspective and how, through our individual choice to develop a consistent habit of expressing heartfelt gratitude enacts the unwavering power of Universal Law to draw more to be grateful for.
As we've discovered in the Law of Vibration , everything within our universe broken down into it's purest form is a vibrating mass of atoms and subatomic particles. (Energy) Through the Law of Attraction , the energy (vibrations) that you resonate and project based on your thoughts, feelings, and emotions determines your "vibrational frequency" which broadcasts that frequency, attracts to it energy or vibrational frequencies that harmonize or resonate with it which determines the events, situations, and circumstances that you attract and eventually see manifest into your life.
What does that have to do with the Power Of Gratitude?
Absolutely Everything!
When you are in a sincere state of gratitude your energy (vibrational resonance) is one of acceptance and harmony. You resonate and as a result project a much higher vibrational frequency which is exactly what attracts to you the events, conditions, and circumstances that you desire.
To provide more clarity on the resonance created and projected by gratitude consider the following analogy...
Think of yourself as a giant magnet. Whatever you are feeling, whether it be love, fear, anger, happiness, anger, joy, gratitude, resistance etc. you are in essence creating a magnetic force that attracts and draws to you events, conditions and circumstances which are in direct correlation to what you are feeling. Fear of something creates a magnetic force that will attract more of what you fear. Expressing Gratitude for any situation projects a magnetic force that draws to you more of what you are expressing gratitude for.
In other words gratitude puts you in a harmonious vibrational resonance which attracts additional energies
At any time that you are NOT expressing gratitude for an outcome you are in essence resisting the outcome which places your focus on NOT WANTING that outcome. When this happens what are your thoughts and emotions fixated on? What you DON"T want, correct? That focus of NOT wanting creates a "magnetic force" which only serves to draw to you more of that which you are NOT WANTING or resisting.
Let's look at the difference between expressing gratitude and resistance in your day to day life...
When you experience an outcome that you find displeasing and you choose to fight or resist whatever is happening in your life at any given moment you are actually creating resistance, which puts you in a disharmonious vibration, or a lower vibrational frequency, and we all know what begins to happen then, don't we? You resonate with and begin to attract the dis-harmonious events, conditions and circumstances into your life that you are resisting. As mentioned above, you are drawing to you or attracting through your "magnetic force" the polar opposite of what you have a desire to experience.
Resistance is placing focus on what you would rather NOT have happening which is in essence creating and projecting a magnetic force which is drawing to you what it is that you are placing your predominant focus on (resisting) or DON"T have a desire to experience. This focus can only draw more of that which you are focusing on.
Gratitude on the other hand is an acceptance of things just the way they are which correlates with acceptance which in turn resonates and projects a much different resonance of energy creating a magnetic force that is conducive to attracting the "desired" outcome.
A common question that comes up is......
"How in the world can I be in a state of gratitude when everything seems to be going wrong? Let's dig down a bit deeper, analyze this a little further and you'll have a crystal clear understanding of what is actually happening.
First of all it's important to recognize the importance of accepting responsibility for whatever is going on in your life. As we've covered in The Power Of Thoughts , the events, conditions and circumstances that you're currently experiencing are manifestations based on thoughts and emotions that you've chosen at some point in the past. It's due to those thoughts and emotions which represent the seeds, that you are experiencing whatever outcome you currently are. Remember, you are the one that thinks your thoughts. Your thoughts do not think you. In the same way, the emotions experienced serve as a gauge and are a reflection of the quality of thoughts that you are thinking.
Since your current outcomes are based on what you have thought and felt at some point in the past and those outcomes are now being experienced in your life, guess who created them? YOU did!! Although that may not make you feel any better about them just yet, consider this...
Since it is you that is responsible for attracting and creating "undesirable outcomes, then isn't it also possible to change the thoughts and emotions responsible for creating them which will produce the desired result?
Absolutely!!
Simply recognizing the fact that you brought them into your life in and of itself provides you with an understanding of your creative power which in and of itself should instill a sense of gratitude that you've been provided the choice as to what you will create for your life.
Although prior to understanding how this process works you were in essence "unconsciously creating", now you can begin to "consciously create" more to express gratitude for.
Once you fully grasp and understand that your current experiences here and now are merely guideposts showing you that you are either on the right path of creating your desired outcomes or that you need to make some adjustments in your thought processes that created them, you will become empowered to express heartfelt gratitude for whatever is currently happening in your life recognizing the fact that YOU created it.
Sure...you could get mad at yourself and choose to be upset but what energy are you resonating through that choice? NOT the kind that will attract desired outcomes for sure.
Your perception of something going wrong is only your perception, that is all. A misguided perception based on false beliefs and a lack of understanding that EVERYTHING unfolds in your life perfectly just as you choose and instruct.
In the bigger scheme of things, Nothing EVER goes "wrong." It is only based on a lack of deeper understanding concerning the process of creation that you "perceive" something as going wrong. The process of creation NEVER wavers. It is, has been and always will be perfect, precise and unfailing 100% of the time.
It is only wrong thought and wrong perceptions that are responsible for igniting emotions that attract creations that show up in your life in the form of events, conditions and circumstances that you perceive as "going wrong."
It's important to recognize and express gratitude for the fact that EVERYTHING in your life is a miracle, a creation that YOU created.
Creation, regardless of how you might perceive it is ALWAYS 100% of the time a miracle. Learn to recognize that fact and express gratitude for EVERY miracle in your life and you will begin to see the life changing power that gratitude holds in creating MUCH more to be grateful for.
Those miracles (creations) which show up that aren't in harmony with your intended or desired outcomes are merely signs that YOU need to make adjustments within yourself. When you fully grasp and internalize this truth you'll learn to express gratitude for the sign that you mis-created it and that you have been provided with the evidence that will enable you to change the thoughts, emotions and perceptions which brought it into your life.
Your perceptions regarding any event, condition or circumstance are only based on a memory of something in the past that is stored in your subconscious mind and can be consciously changed if you discover that it is not in harmony with what you have a desire to accomplish.
For example, let's look at two people with totally different perceptions regarding the same situation, and see first hand what an attitude of gratitude is, and isn't.
This analogy will validate the old saying that "There's a silver lining in EVERY cloud." That's MUCH more true than most understand.
Let's say that you wake up on a Saturday morning after a good nights rest. You've worked hard all week and you're really looking forward to getting outside and playing in a golf tournament that you had entered, and enjoying your weekend of R&R. You're feeling pretty good about the day ahead of you. You make your coffee and head for the window to open the blinds. You get them opened up and look out the window. ARGGHHHHHH, it's raining outside!
Next, your self talk kicks in and it goes something like this. "Oh man, my whole day is ruined. I was planning on doing this and that and now I can't. Why do things always have to happen like that? Another weekend shot! I can't ever get a break!"
Obviously your perception is that everything went wrong and your whole weekend is ruined. Based on your thought pattern and perception, your right, it is. Unless you are able to change that perception, you'll allow yourself to have a less than desirable weekend. In fact, by remaining in this state, you will literally attract additional events, conditions, and circumstances to you that will make certain that you have a less than desirable weekend!
This is a classic case of resistance, or ungratefulness. No silver lining here right?
Now let's take a look at the neighbor down the street who always seems to have things going his way. Let's imagine it's the same scenario. He has worked all week and made plans to play in the same golf tournament that you were entered in.
He walks to the window, opens the shades and sees exactly the same situation that you did when you opened them except, although he initially has a little disappointment because he can't go to the golf tournament he was planning on, he decides that there is nothing he can do to change the situation and begins his habitual thought process and self talk which goes something like this...
"Boy I sure was looking forward to that golf tournament. Oh well, I've got a few things that need to get done around here today anyway. That means I don't have to water the grass for a few days and that will sure save a little on my water bill. It's been a few weeks since it rained and we sure needed it."
Although the person in the second example was a little disappointed initially, a conscious decision was made that wouldn't allow it to ruin the entire weekend and shifted the focus to something more positive and productive.
This is a classic case of remaining in gratitude, regardless. No resistance, no allowing undesired emotions to ignite and the end result is a harmonious vibration.
Do you see what I mean about perception? Same situation, different people, different perception, different outcome.
Although that's a "physical" example, it conveys from that perspective how varying perceptions can create completely opposite experiences.
When you have developed a crystal clear understanding that all things work for the greater good no matter how seemingly bad things may appear, it becomes much easier to stay in a state of gratitude.
When you are able to fully develop that awareness, (and with a little practice, you will) not only is it an extremely freeing experience, but you are setting your self up for a much greater flow of Abundance and Happiness being attracted and coming into your life...EVERY area of your life! When the Universe sees that you are grateful for what you have, it will send you more.
This is exactly how Universal Laws operate. The universe doesn't perceive anything as good or bad, it only sends outcomes to you based on your vibrational resonance, and your attitude concerning any given thing is exactly what determines that vibrational resonance.
God, Universal Consciousness, Super-Conscious Mind or whatever you perceive Source to be, loves each person unconditionally exactly the same and only delivers to each precisely what we are asking for, based on our individually chosen vibrational output. If that output resonates anger, fear, doubt, worry etc. the vibrational resonance that you're projecting communicates and the universe perceives that you are asking for outcomes based on that output, and that is exactly what you'll receive!
As spiritual text states it..."As you sow, so shall you reap."
On the other hand, by learning to consciously control the emotions that determine that output, and developing the ability to remain in a state of Gratitude regardless of what the situation may temporarily consist of, your vibrational output or magnetically attractive force is conducive to attracting outcomes that are in vibrational resonance with Gratitude and you can only attract to you the events, conditions and circumstances that are in alignment with Gratitude. Positive and Desired Outcomes!
We can't possibly control everything that is going on around us in the world but we can most certainly control ourselves and how we perceive what's going on.
The unwavering systems (Universal Laws) have been put into place, and you only need to learn to operate in harmony with them, which will allow you to attract the Abundance and Happiness that you desire.
Developing an attitude of gratitude is one of the most important things that you can do for attracting and manifesting the things that you desire into your life.
In fact, it's essential that you do!
