WHEN ONE DOOR CLOSES IN LIFE, ANOTHER DOOR WILL OPEN
Helen Keller the famous American writer once said, “When one door of happiness closes, another opens, but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one that has been opened for us.”
This quote could not be more true in my life, and I’m sure many others. As I’ve had time to reflect upon my life these past days, I’m happy to see where I’ve been, yet I am more happy to see where I am going. In the past, I used to always focus on what didn’t happen in my life, what should have been, or what could have been, thus leaving me discouraged. A lot of us, like me before, put so much of our focus everyday on pass failures. It could be failures in our relationships, our decisions, our career choices, or mistakes we have made which are we are not able to fix. Even though we know that we can’t change the past, we still dwell on it, letting it plague us like a virus that never leaves our mind and emotions. But, if we always focus on the past doors that have closed, we will become blind to the open doors and opportunities that may come our way.
In the past, I used to get so down on myself about every thing that didn’t go my way. I would ask God why? I would throw fits and rages when life didn’t turn out the way I thought it should have. Or, I would become depressed and go into bouts of self-pity, self-rejection and self-hatred. Being an over achiever I would become extremely critical of myself if I felt like I was the cause of my failures. Yet, now that I am older and I can look back at a lot of my earlier mistakes as a young adolescent, I can see how every mistake, every disappointment and failure has led me to become a better man.
With time we become wiser. With time we learn to learn from our mistakes. With time we can see things in retrospect and appreciate every experience, good or bad, for what it is. With time, we can begin to appreciate ourselves. With time we realize there is no use holding on to old remorse’s and thoughts of “I wish I could have, or would have, done things this way or that way.” Instead, we can make the choice now to not repeat our past failures, recognize we are not the same person, and be open to change. We have to let go of what we can’t control and stop focusing on the past closed doors. If we do this, we can become aware of the present blessings in our lives that we may have been missing all along and walk through a new door of happiness.
Until we let go of the old thing we are holding onto, we cannot be hands free to receive the new thing God desires to bless us with. MOVE ON! I felt like I had to say that loud and clear to whoever is reading this column… MOVE ON from the past and into the new. Don’t let your past mistakes, regrets or disappointments hold you back from experiencing the fullness of life and all the goodness it can bring! I’m excited about my future, I feel like I’m maturing as a man and I know that what is in store for me in the coming days can only be even better than what I have experienced before. Not because the past was bad, but because right now I am wiser, more ready and in touch with whom I really am to receive God’s very best! Unless, we choose to move forward from past closed doors, we won’t know what is on the other side of the new doors that await us. I’m nervous, a bit afraid, but full of faith and heart wide open to experience the new, so should you!
God bless,

Wherever You Are, Be There
One of the major reasons why we fail to find happiness or to create unique lifestyle is because we have not yet mastered the art of being.
While we are home our thoughts are still absorbed with solving the challenges we face at the office. And when we are at the office we find ourselves worrying about problems at home. We go through the day without really listening to what others are saying to us. We may be hearing the words, but we aren't absorbing the message. As we go through the day we find ourselves focusing on past experiences or future possibilities.
We are so involved in yesterday and tomorrow that we never even notice that today is slipping by. We go through the day rather than getting something from the day.
We are everywhere at any given moment in time except living in that moment in time.
Lifestyle is learning to be wherever you are. It is developing a unique focus on the current moment, and drawing from it all of the substance and wealth of experience and emotions that it has to offer.
Lifestyle is taking time to watch a sunset. Lifestyle is listening to silence. Lifestyle is capturing each moment so that it becomes a new part of what we are and of what we are in the process of becoming. Lifestyle is not something we do; it is something we experience. And until we learn to be there, we will never master the art of living well.
Present Moment
How can one create anew in the moment, without reference to the past or the future? In this metaphor of surfing the wave and staying over your feet, we are talking about staying rooted where you ARE -- in the present moment -- rather than in the "past" (where you have been) or the "future" (where you are going). If you think about it, all fear derives from past experience being projected onto the future. When things arise in your present moment that remind you of something from the past, you can easily project that the past experience will repeat itself in the moments that follow the time of remembering that past. This is when you feel fear. It's inner talk that says, "It was like this before, so it will be like this again." If you experienced pain in the past, you expect it will be painful again. That is where the fear comes in. You want to avoid the pain. "I'm afraid that if this moment goes the way it went before, I'll experience what I experienced before, and I don't want to do that again."
The answer to this is to cut through the cords of memory, to interrupt the inner talk by saying out loud, "That was then. This is now." Boom! You are back in the present, able to choose anew in the present moment. When you say the word "now," you bring your attention into the present. Say "NOW" out loud, right now. Feel NOW. What is really happening NOW? Not what happened before, not what MIGHT happen later. What is really happening NOW? Do you see how you are in the habit of scaring yourself? Cultivate the practice of living NOW. Live each moment as the only moment that exists. NOW is the only place you can create anything. NOW is the only place you can choose anything. NOW is all you ever really have.
When we say the word "moment," it will be useful to define what we mean. A moment is an "event" that arises from the matrix of Infinite Mind. It contains everything within it for its natural fulfillment and completion. It is not measured by minutes, seconds, or hours. It is a unit of experience that may be very short or go on for some time. You can FEEL when a moment begins. You can FEEL when it completes. Every moment has a beginning, a middle, and a conclusion, like a phrase in speech or music. Think of it entering into your field of awareness, swelling into its fullness, and then receding as it completes. There is a wavelike quality to a moment. A wave emerges from the ocean, swells, moves forward, and then resolves back into the ocean. Just so with a moment. It emerges from the ocean of consciousness that is the Mind of the Creator. It swells upward into your perceptual field, and moves forward, then ebbs from your experience as it completes. There is background and foreground, and there are different waves overlapping. In the past, you were only peripherally aware of the background, as your attention was captured by the foreground, but now your senses will be broadened and deepened until you are like a bowl containing ALL of it -- all of the ocean and all of the waves upon its surface. You will be aware of all of it simultaneously and be able to move your attention to whatever you feel called to pay attention to, at will.

My 14 Ways to Live a Better Life … Starting Today!
You’ve probably noticed that the market is saturated with self-help guides, audio books, and outrageously-priced seminars by motivational speakers. This is simply proof that most people enjoy receiving advice from others.
Here are a few “tips” that I’ve discovered on my own. Some of them are a bit humorous, but most of them are common sense. I think if you do your best to take them to heart, you’ll start to notice a clearer head and a bigger smile on your face.
1. Wake up at a reasonable hour. Everyone’s schedule is different, so if you work the night shift, your “reasonable hour” may be noon, but it’s a good idea to wake up before you have to. When I was in college I had the horrible habit of crawling out of bed ten minutes before I had to be in class. Although nearly everyone I knew at the time did the same exact thing, looking back, I see how stupid it really was. If I have a ten o’clock appointment, I wake up at seven so I can get in some exercise, take a shower, and eat breakfast before I run out the door.
2. Think of something that you have to look forward to. Once the alarm goes off and the initial confusion of “Ugh, it’s already morning!” has ended, think of something cool that you have going on in your life at the moment. Yeah, it sounds hokey, but it’s pretty helpful … and I’m sure you can think of something. Come on, anything! It can be as simple as, “Oh yeah! It’s Thursday, and that means it’s almost Friday! Weekend, here I come!” or something even better, like “The FedEx man is gonna deliver my new flat screen TV today!”
3. Look in the mirror. I’ve seen plenty of people in the movies and on TV shows who look at themselves in the mirror each morning and say things like, “You’re awesome!” or “You can do it!” before they start their day. I know this sounds relatively insane, but it helps—and I speak from experience. If you can’t tell yourself that you’re good at something and actually believe it, why should you believe anyone else who says it?
4. Take a shower and get dressed. This may be a no-brainer, but spending five or ten minutes in the shower will help clear your head and make you feel a whole lot better. Hopefully you can even find clean clothes to wear. (You know, ones that were hanging in the closet as opposed to the ones that are still in the laundry basket on the floor, wrinkled and covered in cat hair since Fluffy decided to take a nap on them.)
5. Scan the news online, read the “real” newspaper for a few minutes, or tune into the news channel on TV for a few minutes. However you get your news is up to you, but it’s a good idea to stay on top of things that are going on in the world, even though lately most of the news makes everyone angry. You shouldn’t be ignorant about issues that may affect you personally, and you’ll want to have firsthand knowledge as to what’s happening in case someone asks you about it later or tries to force their opinions on you as “the truth.”
6. Eat breakfast. Eating breakfast is a biggie that a lot of people skip, so be sure to eat something. A container of yogurt, a banana, maybe a granola bar as you run out the door … just be sure to eat. You’ll need energy to get through the morning. I like Starbucks just as much as the next guy, but a cup of coffee is not breakfast—even if it has chocolate syrup in it and whipped cream on top.
7. Make a to-do-list each day. I run my own internet business and mainly work from home (or a hotel, or wherever “home” may be at the time) so it’s a huge benefit to know what I have going on each day. Even if you spend your days at the office, you’ll still want to have some kind of agenda to follow. Set up a schedule on your Blackberry or write things down on a legal pad, but do it somehow … or you’ll wind up forgetting something important.
8. Get to work safely. Again, I only work from home, but if you drive to work – or ride your bike to work, or take the bus or train – do it safely. This is also why it’s a good idea to wake up relatively early. Rushing leads to speeding and speeding leads to tickets or fender benders … which will make you even later than you were going to be in the first place.
9. Take a deep breath and count to 3 when something starts to bug you. Co-workers, clients, things that aren’t going as smoothly as possible … there are dozens of things that can easily start to drive you nuts at the drop of a hat. You don’t want to wind up getting so frustrated with someone or something that you wind up going postal, so close your eyes and take a deep breath as you mentally count to three before you say something you may regret. Most likely, whatever’s bugging you isn’t as bad as you think it is.
10. Periodically take a break … away from your desk! Be sure to walk away from your desk every few hours. You’ll wind up getting frustrated if you sit there staring at your monitor nonstop, and your eyes will start to hurt. Getting up for five or ten minutes every three or four hours will not blow your entire day, believe me. You also need to take a break and eat lunch. Sitting at your desk with a Snickers bar that you got from the vending machine doesn’t count.
11. Tie up as many loose ends as possible before the work day ends. We all know that some days you’ll wind up working later than expected, but don’t make it a habit or your boss (or you) will start to assume that you really do work twelve hours each day even though you get paid for eight. Get as many things done as possible each day, but try to leave on time. There’s always tomorrow.
12. Eat dinner. I had to stress the importance of eating breakfast and lunch, so of course I’m going to remind you to eat dinner! And if today is one of those days you wind up putting in some overtime, get up from your desk to eat dinner. A carton of Chinese take-out every night of the week will begin to affect your waistline and your mood. Try to eat dinner with other people, if possible. Everyone should have friends. (You know, besides Fluffy the cat, even though I’m sure he’s cool.)
13. Enjoy a hobby after work. Whether it’s taking a bike ride or a walk, watching a movie, reading a novel, it’s a good idea to have some sort of hobby besides work! Spend an hour or two doing something that you enjoy to help get your mind off of work.
14. Unwind a bit before bed, and get ready to repeat the cycle tomorrow! Whether “unwinding” involves the above-mentioned hobby or something else, take time to chill out for a bit before hitting the sack. This will give you the ability to get a good night’s sleep, wake up, and do it all over again … and if this happens on Friday night, you probably don’t have to go to work tomorrow! Even better!
Yes, some of these fourteen tips might seem a bit common sense. The funny thing is they really work. I guarantee that implementing them into your daily routine will make you feel happier and more excited about the possibilities that each day brings!

How to Live in the Moment
Living in the moment is all about living like there's no tomorrow. It takes practice but in the end, you'll lead a fuller life. To do this you must realize beauty in every moment, and in everyday activities. This is your life, now live!
Steps
1. Take notice of the world around you. No matter what you're doing, try to find something beautiful around you. Maybe on your way to work or school, you go over a beautiful bridge, or you get a view of the sunrise behind the city buildings. Realizing these small things can bring life and happiness even to the most boring or routine days. Be thankful for those little things.
2. Focus on whatever you're doing. Even if you're just walking, or wiping the counter, or shuffling cards - how does it feel? There's probably some kind of commentary spinning through your mind, and it probably has to do with something other than what you're doing. Let those thoughts go and focus on what is (not what was, or what could be). In Buddhism, this is referred to as mindfulness. Pay attention to your senses - touch, sight, smell, sound, and taste. Pretend it's the very last time you'll ever experience whatever you're experiencing. Have you ever been so engrossed in something that it seemed like the rest of the world just disappeared? Living in the moment is about creating that state of mind at any time. Slow down, and try to savor the present.
3. Smile when you wake up. You can set the tone of appreciation and awareness for the next 24 hours by simply waking up and smiling. Don't wake up with a groan and a smash of your alarm clock. There's scientific proof that the expressions that you make with your face can actually influence how you feel. In particular, true happiness is most closely tied to a Duchenne smile which involves smiling with your eyes, as well as your mouth.
4. Commit random, spontaneous acts of kindness. Whether it's donating 1 dollar to a fund at the pharmacy, picking up litter, or helping victims of natural disasters, keep alert in every moment of your day for some way in which you can make the world a better place. Even the smallest thing, like complimenting someone, can bring joy. It's the most spontaneous and unexpected acts of kindness that produce the greatest impact, and you can't be sensitive to those kinds of opportunities unless you're living in the moment.
5. Minimize activities that dull your awareness of the moment. What are you doing that tempts your mind to run away from the present? For most people, watching television puts you in a passive state of mind, and time slips right by. Daydreaming and getting lost in a good movie or book isn't bad, but it's not living in the moment because it places your concentration on something that isn't right here, right now; it's a form of escapism. Don't zone out; zone in. Do things that are active, and that encourage you to look around and engage the world in that moment. Gardening, playing a game, knitting, and playing an instrument are all activities that lend themselves to mindfulness. So get off the computer after reading this article!
6. Be Thankful for what is. When you find yourself wishing for something you don't have, or wishing your life would be different, start your quest for your wish by being thankful for what is already in your life. This will bring you back to the present moment. Make a list of what you are thankful for right now even if all you can think of is that you are alive and can breathe. You don't want to miss the gifts right in front of you, because you are always looking beyond what is in the present moment to what once was or what might be. If you are thankful for what is, you'll be happy to be in the moment instead of some place else.

God bless,

Expressing Gratitude
Every Month A Million and the Daily Dose Of Good
"At times our own light goes out and is rekindled by a spark from another person. Each of us has cause to think with deep gratitude of those who have lighted the flame within us." Albert Schweitzer
Whatever life holds for us, we are indebted.
For life, for enjoyment, for happiness, peace, for well being.
For everything that we have, are and are going to be.
It is a privilege to be alive.
To be able to live and enjoy and give.
From the time of birth, we are in debt to a million influences.
To our miraculous physical creation – a million chemical reactions, transformations and creative forces.
To the people who fed us from the bottle, changed our diapers, cuddled us and gave us the physical touch that we needed, clothed us when we couldn't have done so ourselves …
We could have perished otherwise….
Clean water.
Fresh air.
Warm clothes and cuddly blankets.
Clean hygienic surroundings.
Roof over our heads.
Those who have touched and supported us mentally emotionally when we did not know any better.
No doubt, some experiences may have left emotional and physical scars- but for the most part there was some good.
The fact that we exist in this universe- makes us indebted to the creator who gave us life
Gratitude for not only the good things in our life, but also the problems, our mistakes.
And when we realize there is a loving source behind everything, we can be grateful.
Also for our surroundings, the wonder and beauty of nature that is immaculate.
When we feel gratitude, and acknowledge the source, we allow ourselves to feel joy and peace. We feel complete. The circle is complete. We have been given, we receive and we appreciate in gratitude.
Even the poorest of the poor can be rich if they have gratitude.
For the breath the breathe, the life they have, the little comfort they enjoy.
The little that the poor have is better than a feast at the rich with no gratitude or happiness.
Gratitude is wealth. Gratitude is joy.
Gratitude brings out the best in others and in us.
Gratitude releases the negative and brings in the positive.
We cannot be grateful without forgiving another.
We cannot be grateful and hold grudges and thoughts of retribution or revenge.
If someone has caused us to suffer loss or damaged us or our possessions to some degree and to this day cannot repay, should we be grateful?
Before we can experience gratitude in the face of wrong, we have to experience forgiveness. Of the event, the perpetuator, and of ourselves. Then we can go on and be grateful.
"When we harbor negative emotions toward others or toward ourselves, or when we intentionally create pain for others, we poison our own physical and spiritual systems….The challenge .. is to refine our capacity to love others as well as ourselves and to develop the power of forgiveness. Carolyn Myss, Anatomy of the Spirit
Underlying all this is belief.
Belief that all exists for our good.
Even if something terrible has happened.
Joni Eareckson was able to express gratitude in the face of the most devastating event that can happen – an accident that caused the loss of use of both arms and legs, leaving her totally dependent on another for her most basic needs. In gratitude she has written books on her life after the tragedy carried on living again.
Zig Ziglar expressed gratitude even in his darkest days of grieving when his daughter Susan passed away. In gratitude for the memories that she was able to give when she was alive. And in gratitude to God who has a plan for his life. He was able to carry on living through the pain, and embrace life again.
Gratitude is not an extraneous emotion that can be done with.
It is essential to our well being physically emotionally mentally and spiritually
It is the cornerstone of peace joy and connection to the source of all love and peace,
In gratitude we communicate with our creator.
For all that there is, that was and that will be.
Our creator has created us in love.
We reciprocate this in love and gratitude.
It is expressed in the love we give to ourselves.
It is expressed in the quality of our work, the depth of our experiences.
It is expressed in our relationships- the love we give to our fellow men because of the love which has been given to us.
If we can be grasp this fact, that we are expressing gratitude not only to the people who helped us, but knowing that behind it all, the orchestrating of all events is a wonderful and loving creator, we can continue to have the ability to be grateful.
In the face of whatever happens, there will be gratitude.
There is always something to be grateful for.
Whatever circumstance we are in, food will taste better, colors will look brighter, scents will smell better, water will taste sweeter, burdens will be lighter.
And if we focus on this, the thought and gratitude expands and it will attract more blessings and abundance.
This is the essence of the Law of attraction at work.
In acknowledgment of and together with a higher creative force for good.

The Law Of Vibration
Just as a pebble creates vibrations that appear as ripples, which travel outward in a body of water, your thoughts create vibrations that travel outward into the Universe, and attract similar vibrations that manifest as circumstances in your life.
The Law of Vibration is perceived by many as something that is beyond simple comprehension, and entirely too complicated for the average person to understand.
If you were to read a scientific report or journal containing all the equations and formulas that bring science to the conclusions of their findings, then I'd have to agree and I would be as in the dark as anyone.
The reality is, the Law of Vibration, like anything in creation is actually a very simple concept and made to appear complicated by man.
The intent of this article is to simplify the explanation of this awesome and creative force that is known as the law of vibration, in an effort to allow even the novice to become "conscious" of, develop an understanding in, and validate for yourself the life changing power that it holds for you.
We will be examining the workings of the law of vibration from two aspects, the scientific and the spiritual, each of which, as more scientific studies are done and our technology increases, appear to be joining together as one understanding.
At the conclusion of this article, it will be up to the individual to choose to accept or deny it's reality. It will then become the choice of the observer to purposely and consciously put this knowledge to use to create a life that defies logical, sensory (or physical) thinking processes or deny the reality of it's presence and continue to unconsciously produce the same results experienced to this point.
Either choice, to believe or not, will not change the fact that the Law of Vibration exists and is always present, and that due to it's unwavering power you are creating the conditions you call your life, whether you believe it to be so or choose to deny it's verifiable existence.
A thorough and correct understanding of this principle called the Law of Vibration will allow you to see that it is possible to attract the unlimited supply of abundance that is and always has been available to you. Becoming aware of it's immutable, unwavering and flawless operation will provide you with a renewed sense of hope and crystal clarity with regard to how to align your thoughts, emotions and actions with it's never failing or wavering operation to begin intentionally, purposefully and consistently attracting the desired events, conditions, and circumstances into your life, that to this point, may have seemed to elude you. Developing an understanding of and combining that knowledge with the magnetic force of the Law Of Attraction and reviewing the law of Cause and Effect will allow you to conclude that you are able to attract to yourself, life experiences that to this point you may have considered and "perceived" to be wishful thinking.
This knowledge will allow, and empower you (if you choose) to become conscious of and free yourself from the negative thoughts and emotions which serve as the "unseen" cause and attract with unwavering certainty and precision, the VERY things that you fear, creating anxiety, unpleasant circumstances in your physical reality, and begin to replace them with thoughts and emotions that harmonize and are consistent with attracting and creating a life of Abundance, Happiness, Fulfillment, and Joy, above and beyond your wildest expectations.
To fully understand how this law can change, and positively effect the course of your life, you must first have a basic understanding and awareness of it's operation.
Let's Get Started With The Law of Vibration From A Scientific Viewpoint
The first thing that is important to understand is that all that exists, whether seen or unseen, broken down into it's simplest and most basic form, consists of a form of, or rate of vibration.
Let's begin by looking at something as simple as a piece of paper. As you pick it up and look at it, it appears to be a solid object that you can sense with all of the five basic human senses of sight, touch, taste, smell, and hearing.
If you were to tear off a small piece of the corner, and place it under a microscope, you would find that it now appears to transform into a different form than when you held it in your hand or as it laid on the table.
As you observe it closely you will find that there appears to be movement within it. Not only does it appear to be so, but there really is! The movement that you see is millions of individual forms of microscopic matter that make up the piece of paper, which are called molecules. Everything in our world that you can sense with the five basic human senses are made up of these tiny wonders. Actually billions and trillions of them. Are you still with me? Great, let's look further.
Now let's take one of those molecules and place it under a much more powerful microscope and as you look through the lens you will find that there appears to be movement from within the molecule. Not only does there appear to be, there is!
This movement is created by something known to the scientific community as atoms, which broken down and analyzed further consist of a proton, which is at the center and an electron which constantly orbits the proton, creating a vibratory pattern. (energy)
We could continue this process until we get down to the smallest known discovery by the scientific community to this point, known as a quark.
Without getting into all the mathematical equations and specifics of the scientific discoveries of this reality, everything that exists, either physical (seen) or non-physical (unseen), contains some variation of atoms and subatomic particles. The varying amounts of each of these put together, form various shapes or energies which determine form, or rates of vibration.
Depending on the specific amounts of each of these ingredients determines the structure of each object that can be seen and determines whether the thing is solid, liquid, or gas, and which also determines whether it can be sensed with the 5 human senses or not. Regardless of it's form, broken down into it's most basic structure, everything that exists, seen and unseen, consists of a rate of vibration.
A good example of this that everyone is familiar with would be the wind.
Although it can be felt, at a certain vibration it cannot be seen with the human eye or heard with our ears. When the rate of vibration changes to the point that it causes the rate of the wind to increase and became strong enough to pick up dirt or debris, it would then be at a level (vibration) that would allow all 5 of the human senses to experience it.
Now that we've looked into some aspects of vibration that can be experienced with the five basic human senses, let's look at rates of vibration that are above or below our ability to comprehend in the physical world.
Consider oxygen. It is something that we use everyday, and each of us realize how crucial it is to our survival, yet we aren't able to experience it with touch, taste, smell, hearing or feelings. The fact that we can't experience it with these senses certainly doesn't mean it doesn't exist. We know it does. The reason that we are unable to sense it with our physical sensory perception is because it's rate of vibration is outside of our physical ability to do so.
Another example is a dog whistle. Although as humans, we are unable to hear the sound that comes from it, there is no doubt that it releases a noise that mans best friend can clearly hear. Again, the rate of vibration is beyond our human capacity to sense and experience, but it surely exists.
Another unseen example of the Law of Vibration that far fewer are "aware" of, or put another way, "unconscious to" is consciousness itself .
An experiment done many years ago, shows us the law of vibration at work. Although I don't necessarily agree with the methods utilized, the experiment proves that vibration in the form of consciousness does exist in all things, seen and unseen, and most certainly validates the Law of Vibration.
A mother rabbit was taken down into a submarine and one of it's babies was kept in a laboratory thousands of miles away. The mother rabbit was hooked up to sophisticated equipment that measured the brain waves (brains rate of vibration measured in Hertz Hz) to determine her reaction to the upcoming experiment.
The scientists in the laboratory then killed the baby rabbit and observed the brain waves (Hz) of the mother rabbit which went absolutely haywire at precisely the same time even though they were thousands of miles apart!
The conclusion being that consciousness (vibration) consists of, and is interconnected, providing a distinct vibratory pattern and is immediately received, with no concept of space or time when released into the universe, and doesn't require time to travel even thousands of miles. It was a step in proving that vibration exists as an ever present consciousness that exists in the entire universe!
Everything in our universe consists of vibration. If the rate of that vibration falls below or rises above a certain intensity, it becomes unmeasurable or invisible to the human senses. That doesn't mean that it doesn't exist, as we've proven in the examples above that it does.
Now that we've established the fact that Everything that exists in our Universe is, in it's purest form, a vibration, let's determine where this vibration comes from and exactly what it is.
Looking At The Law Of Vibration From A Spiritual Perspective
Since anything and everything that exists must come from somewhere or something (a Source) we must assume that vibration comes from a Higher Force or Higher Power. The Source of the vibration.
This Higher Power or Source is known as many names amongst the people in our world. For the sake of everyone involved, and to simplify this explanation, Let's refer to this Source as a Universal Consciousness also often referred to as The Super Conscious Mind .
This Universal Consciousness is THE Source of all that is, was or ever will be. Although He/She/It is referred to in many ways, regardless of the names attached to it by man, it exists and is always present everywhere. It is omniscient, omnipresent, omnipotent, all knowing, all seeing, the Alpha, the
Omega, the beginning, and the end etc.
This Source exists as a spirit being or thought consciousness.(vibration) We, like this spirit being, broken down into our purest, most basic form, (like we did with the piece of paper above) consist of vibration (spiritual) as well.
Each of us, as an individual being, are an integral yet individual part of this Universal Consciousness, and collectively make up the whole of the Universal Consciousness, much like a drop of water is a part of and makes up the body of water referred to as a lake.
We, like the Source (and everything else within our universe), in our most basic form, exist as a vibration.
You could say that we, although individual are an integral part of the whole. Everything is...EVERYTHING.
The smallest particles known to man are vibrations. Thoughts are vibrations. Words are vibrations. Sounds are vibrations. Light is a vibration. Our planet is a vibration. Our entire universe and everything within it (seen and unseen) is a vibrating mass of atoms and subatomic particles.
When you truly grasp this "Higher Truth"
By learning to become consciously aware of this truth, and learning to control what vibrations we are creating and emanating within ourselves and projecting into the field as scientists call it or "The Kingdom" as spiritual circles refer to it, in the way of thoughts and emotions, it is possible to align and harmonize those vibrations with, and to consistently attract the things we desire to experience in our lives.
By learning to master a conscious, intentional and harmonious vibration in your day to day existence, and through developing the ability to focus your thoughts on that which you have a desire to see manifest, you will have mastered the creative power of the Law of Vibration and the ability to attract the life of Abundance and Happiness that is, always has been and always will be available to and for you which you were created and exist here in "physical form" to enjoy.

As in all things, you have the freedom to choose. You, I and everyone else has been provided an inalienable right of free will to choose our own paths in life.
Choose to become fully aware of the Law of Vibration and it's ability to dramatically improve your life. Learn how to align and harmonize your thoughts, feelings and actions with it to unleash it's limitless creative potential in your day to day life and you will discover how to purposefully and consciously attract to you, a life, that until now you would have considered a dream.
The Law of Vibration, once understood and consciously utilized can and will ensure with unwavering certainty that YOUR life can and will become one of Joy, Fulfillment, Profound Inner Peace and Limitless prosperity in each and every area of your life.
What we choose to refer to as Abundance and Happiness.
I will have much more in future post on discovering how to combine the Law Of Vibration with the other Universal Laws ( Law Of Attraction and the Law Of Cause and Effect ) that will provide an overview and a deeper understanding of how you can begin to consciously, intentionally and purposefully attract, produce and personally experience the results that you desire for yourself and those you love whatever they might be.

Life on Purpose: 15 Questions to Discover Your Personal Mission
I believe that we were all sent here for a reason and that we all have significance in the world. I genuinely feel that we are all blessed with unique gifts. The expression of our gifts contributes to a cause greater than ourselves.
First, a personal story
Last year, I was running at full speed; chasing after my dream of money and ‘success’. However, I had forgotten why I was running. Luckily, I met Jim (not his real name). Jim had achieved all the financial goals I was reaching for. He had financial independence, several successful businesses, homes in multiple countries, and the luxury to afford the finest things money could buy. Through hard work, persistence and sheer action; he had made it! But, Jim was not happy. He did not have the free time to enjoy his wealth. He wanted a family. He wanted peace. He wanted to live his life… but he was not able to. He had too many responsibilities, too much to lose, and too many things to protect. He had spent years building his castle, and now that it is complete, he is spending his time keeping it from eroding.
Getting to know Jim was a life altering and eye opening experience. His words snapped me out of my state of ‘unconsciousness’. It became clear to me that, “I did not want to spend the next 10 years chasing after money, only to find that I’ll be back at the same place I am at today; emotionally, mentally, and spiritually”. My ‘chase’ came to a screeching halt, everything was put on hold, and I spent the next two months re-evaluating my life and purpose.
These questions were running through my mind:
What am I chasing after? Why am I chasing it? What is my purpose? Why was I put here?
I took out a pen and paper started writing. It began by listing all the things that are most important to me. I wrote down all the things I wanted to do. I re-visited my personal mission statement. I decided that whatever venture I commit to must align with my personal mission, my values and my goals. For every new opportunity that comes along, I would ask myself how it aligns with my goals. Regardless of how much money I could acquire, if the venture did not align with where I wanted to be, then I would not pursue it.
Here is my personal mission statement:
“To Empower, motivate and inspire people to living happier and more fulfilled lives“.
Here are some of my values and goals:
What matters most is my connection with myself, being present and feeling blissful.
What I value most is having meaningful relationships with people. Being able to connect with people on deep levels.
I plan to be financially independent, and have control of my time and location. I plan to work only on projects and causes that I connect with. I plan to acquire my finances without violating my values, goals and personal mission.
I plan to travel and live in different parts of the world. Experiencing different cultures, documenting them in photographs and sharing them with others.
Having a family is important to me. I desire a deep, loving relationship with my spouse.
To live everyday fully as if it was my last.

Discover The Power Of Gratitude To Unleash Unlimited Abundance And Happiness In Your Life
Consciously utilizing The Power Of Gratitude is an extremely important aspect of attracting to yourself the Abundance and Happiness that you desire and deserve in your life.
First, let's explore how sincere gratefulness works from a strictly scientific perspective and how, through our individual choice to develop a consistent habit of expressing heartfelt gratitude enacts the unwavering power of Universal Law to draw more to be grateful for.
As we've discovered in the Law of Vibration , everything within our universe broken down into it's purest form is a vibrating mass of atoms and subatomic particles. (Energy) Through the Law of Attraction , the energy (vibrations) that you resonate and project based on your thoughts, feelings, and emotions determines your "vibrational frequency" which broadcasts that frequency, attracts to it energy or vibrational frequencies that harmonize or resonate with it which determines the events, situations, and circumstances that you attract and eventually see manifest into your life.
What does that have to do with the Power Of Gratitude?
Absolutely Everything!
When you are in a sincere state of gratitude your energy (vibrational resonance) is one of acceptance and harmony. You resonate and as a result project a much higher vibrational frequency which is exactly what attracts to you the events, conditions, and circumstances that you desire.
To provide more clarity on the resonance created and projected by gratitude consider the following analogy...
Think of yourself as a giant magnet. Whatever you are feeling, whether it be love, fear, anger, happiness, anger, joy, gratitude, resistance etc. you are in essence creating a magnetic force that attracts and draws to you events, conditions and circumstances which are in direct correlation to what you are feeling. Fear of something creates a magnetic force that will attract more of what you fear. Expressing Gratitude for any situation projects a magnetic force that draws to you more of what you are expressing gratitude for.
In other words gratitude puts you in a harmonious vibrational resonance which attracts additional energies
At any time that you are NOT expressing gratitude for an outcome you are in essence resisting the outcome which places your focus on NOT WANTING that outcome. When this happens what are your thoughts and emotions fixated on? What you DON"T want, correct? That focus of NOT wanting creates a "magnetic force" which only serves to draw to you more of that which you are NOT WANTING or resisting.
Let's look at the difference between expressing gratitude and resistance in your day to day life...
When you experience an outcome that you find displeasing and you choose to fight or resist whatever is happening in your life at any given moment you are actually creating resistance, which puts you in a disharmonious vibration, or a lower vibrational frequency, and we all know what begins to happen then, don't we? You resonate with and begin to attract the dis-harmonious events, conditions and circumstances into your life that you are resisting. As mentioned above, you are drawing to you or attracting through your "magnetic force" the polar opposite of what you have a desire to experience.
Resistance is placing focus on what you would rather NOT have happening which is in essence creating and projecting a magnetic force which is drawing to you what it is that you are placing your predominant focus on (resisting) or DON"T have a desire to experience. This focus can only draw more of that which you are focusing on.
Gratitude on the other hand is an acceptance of things just the way they are which correlates with acceptance which in turn resonates and projects a much different resonance of energy creating a magnetic force that is conducive to attracting the "desired" outcome.
A common question that comes up is......
"How in the world can I be in a state of gratitude when everything seems to be going wrong? Let's dig down a bit deeper, analyze this a little further and you'll have a crystal clear understanding of what is actually happening.
First of all it's important to recognize the importance of accepting responsibility for whatever is going on in your life. As we've covered in The Power Of Thoughts , the events, conditions and circumstances that you're currently experiencing are manifestations based on thoughts and emotions that you've chosen at some point in the past. It's due to those thoughts and emotions which represent the seeds, that you are experiencing whatever outcome you currently are. Remember, you are the one that thinks your thoughts. Your thoughts do not think you. In the same way, the emotions experienced serve as a gauge and are a reflection of the quality of thoughts that you are thinking.
Since your current outcomes are based on what you have thought and felt at some point in the past and those outcomes are now being experienced in your life, guess who created them? YOU did!! Although that may not make you feel any better about them just yet, consider this...
Since it is you that is responsible for attracting and creating "undesirable outcomes, then isn't it also possible to change the thoughts and emotions responsible for creating them which will produce the desired result?
Absolutely!!
Simply recognizing the fact that you brought them into your life in and of itself provides you with an understanding of your creative power which in and of itself should instill a sense of gratitude that you've been provided the choice as to what you will create for your life.
Although prior to understanding how this process works you were in essence "unconsciously creating", now you can begin to "consciously create" more to express gratitude for.
Once you fully grasp and understand that your current experiences here and now are merely guideposts showing you that you are either on the right path of creating your desired outcomes or that you need to make some adjustments in your thought processes that created them, you will become empowered to express heartfelt gratitude for whatever is currently happening in your life recognizing the fact that YOU created it.
Sure...you could get mad at yourself and choose to be upset but what energy are you resonating through that choice? NOT the kind that will attract desired outcomes for sure.
Your perception of something going wrong is only your perception, that is all. A misguided perception based on false beliefs and a lack of understanding that EVERYTHING unfolds in your life perfectly just as you choose and instruct.
In the bigger scheme of things, Nothing EVER goes "wrong." It is only based on a lack of deeper understanding concerning the process of creation that you "perceive" something as going wrong. The process of creation NEVER wavers. It is, has been and always will be perfect, precise and unfailing 100% of the time.
It is only wrong thought and wrong perceptions that are responsible for igniting emotions that attract creations that show up in your life in the form of events, conditions and circumstances that you perceive as "going wrong."
It's important to recognize and express gratitude for the fact that EVERYTHING in your life is a miracle, a creation that YOU created.
Creation, regardless of how you might perceive it is ALWAYS 100% of the time a miracle. Learn to recognize that fact and express gratitude for EVERY miracle in your life and you will begin to see the life changing power that gratitude holds in creating MUCH more to be grateful for.
Those miracles (creations) which show up that aren't in harmony with your intended or desired outcomes are merely signs that YOU need to make adjustments within yourself. When you fully grasp and internalize this truth you'll learn to express gratitude for the sign that you mis-created it and that you have been provided with the evidence that will enable you to change the thoughts, emotions and perceptions which brought it into your life.
Your perceptions regarding any event, condition or circumstance are only based on a memory of something in the past that is stored in your subconscious mind and can be consciously changed if you discover that it is not in harmony with what you have a desire to accomplish.
For example, let's look at two people with totally different perceptions regarding the same situation, and see first hand what an attitude of gratitude is, and isn't.
This analogy will validate the old saying that "There's a silver lining in EVERY cloud." That's MUCH more true than most understand.
Let's say that you wake up on a Saturday morning after a good nights rest. You've worked hard all week and you're really looking forward to getting outside and playing in a golf tournament that you had entered, and enjoying your weekend of R&R. You're feeling pretty good about the day ahead of you. You make your coffee and head for the window to open the blinds. You get them opened up and look out the window. ARGGHHHHHH, it's raining outside!
Next, your self talk kicks in and it goes something like this. "Oh man, my whole day is ruined. I was planning on doing this and that and now I can't. Why do things always have to happen like that? Another weekend shot! I can't ever get a break!"
Obviously your perception is that everything went wrong and your whole weekend is ruined. Based on your thought pattern and perception, your right, it is. Unless you are able to change that perception, you'll allow yourself to have a less than desirable weekend. In fact, by remaining in this state, you will literally attract additional events, conditions, and circumstances to you that will make certain that you have a less than desirable weekend!
This is a classic case of resistance, or ungratefulness. No silver lining here right?
Now let's take a look at the neighbor down the street who always seems to have things going his way. Let's imagine it's the same scenario. He has worked all week and made plans to play in the same golf tournament that you were entered in.
He walks to the window, opens the shades and sees exactly the same situation that you did when you opened them except, although he initially has a little disappointment because he can't go to the golf tournament he was planning on, he decides that there is nothing he can do to change the situation and begins his habitual thought process and self talk which goes something like this...
"Boy I sure was looking forward to that golf tournament. Oh well, I've got a few things that need to get done around here today anyway. That means I don't have to water the grass for a few days and that will sure save a little on my water bill. It's been a few weeks since it rained and we sure needed it."
Although the person in the second example was a little disappointed initially, a conscious decision was made that wouldn't allow it to ruin the entire weekend and shifted the focus to something more positive and productive.
This is a classic case of remaining in gratitude, regardless. No resistance, no allowing undesired emotions to ignite and the end result is a harmonious vibration.
Do you see what I mean about perception? Same situation, different people, different perception, different outcome.
Although that's a "physical" example, it conveys from that perspective how varying perceptions can create completely opposite experiences.
When you have developed a crystal clear understanding that all things work for the greater good no matter how seemingly bad things may appear, it becomes much easier to stay in a state of gratitude.
When you are able to fully develop that awareness, (and with a little practice, you will) not only is it an extremely freeing experience, but you are setting your self up for a much greater flow of Abundance and Happiness being attracted and coming into your life...EVERY area of your life! When the Universe sees that you are grateful for what you have, it will send you more.
This is exactly how Universal Laws operate. The universe doesn't perceive anything as good or bad, it only sends outcomes to you based on your vibrational resonance, and your attitude concerning any given thing is exactly what determines that vibrational resonance.
God, Universal Consciousness, Super-Conscious Mind or whatever you perceive Source to be, loves each person unconditionally exactly the same and only delivers to each precisely what we are asking for, based on our individually chosen vibrational output. If that output resonates anger, fear, doubt, worry etc. the vibrational resonance that you're projecting communicates and the universe perceives that you are asking for outcomes based on that output, and that is exactly what you'll receive!
As spiritual text states it..."As you sow, so shall you reap."
On the other hand, by learning to consciously control the emotions that determine that output, and developing the ability to remain in a state of Gratitude regardless of what the situation may temporarily consist of, your vibrational output or magnetically attractive force is conducive to attracting outcomes that are in vibrational resonance with Gratitude and you can only attract to you the events, conditions and circumstances that are in alignment with Gratitude. Positive and Desired Outcomes!
We can't possibly control everything that is going on around us in the world but we can most certainly control ourselves and how we perceive what's going on.
The unwavering systems (Universal Laws) have been put into place, and you only need to learn to operate in harmony with them, which will allow you to attract the Abundance and Happiness that you desire.
Developing an attitude of gratitude is one of the most important things that you can do for attracting and manifesting the things that you desire into your life.
In fact, it's essential that you do!
